I am Joel S. Gabac, 23 years of age, single, Filipino, a graduate of BS Electro Mechanical Technology. I had passed
the PRC Licensed Registered Master Electrician Board Examination last September 2019 conducted in St. Mary’s
Academy of Carmen, Cagayan De Oro City. I also have experienced working as Operator and Technician in
prestigious manufacturing company here in Region 10 namely Asia Brewery Incorporated and Nestle Philippines
Incorporated-CDO Factory. Through all of this experience I am applying for Fire Officer 1.

I do believe that I possess the essential education, skills, ability and experience that your prestigious Bureau of Fire
Protection needs in every applicant for FIRE OFFICER 1 to be able to effectively serve the interest of the
community and promote the general welfare of the society.
