courageous members from the department of OFFICE TECHNOLOGY AND
MANAGEMENT HND I Full Time. our inission statement is to be a Hair dressing
and Wig making/producing company, recognized for excellent service to create a
standard value of product for customers in satisfying their wants/needs; as well as
to render services in the outmost good faith and well.

Our company's vision is to be an insight optimistic, influential, leading and


unequalled hair dressing and wig producing company. Our goal is to work together
as a team, in order to achieve a greater efficiency by providing the necessary
satisfaction to our customers.

Although, hair dressing and wig making has many competitors especially in
the market and this is as a result of its importance to people.

The company found out that students and other individuals are finding it
difficult in going to the market to purchase a standard wig or hair dressing services.
Thus as Empire Group, we have decided to take our product on delivery in order
to reduce the stress of customers.
The marketing and sales strategy to be adopted by our product is to
approach our customers such as student and individuals etc, so as to create
awareness of the product. We would also use discounting strategy in the selling
and marketing of our product.

Lastly, the enterprise intends to achieve this aim by an contribution of

society as our market share, we anticipate owning and sharing the available markct
according to our production.

the school and 30% for the society and the accepted sales is to sell 3pieces (70% of

3pcs) to the school public, while the remaining 2pieces (300/0 of2pcs) to the society.

The enterprise plans is to market its product in the campus and outside the campus,
and also take the products to market, banks, shops, etc. because the product does
not have age limit or gender discrimination.
SALES STRATEGY
Adopting the marketing mix, the 4p's will be used to market our goods to the
targeted audience and they are:

1. PRODUCT: The product would be of high quality in acceptance with the demand of
the customers. The product helps in quenching hunger and serves as refreshment.

CONCLUSION
Entrepreneurial development has contributed in the growth and development of the
economy and to the welfare of the society at large with such a production as these, we will
be able to utilize our human manpower and entrepreneur skills to become self-reliable.
There is need entrepreneurship development. It has been discovered that many Nigeria
graduate students usually find it difficult to secure a white collar job. However,
government should find solution to the problem of unemploympnt experienced by the
students of tertiary institution. Since entrepreneurship means bringing out hidden ideas into
reality and planning and implantation of activities which will eventually lead to business or
enterprises•
