EUSEBIO M. AGUAS, JR., of legal age, married to ROSANA T. AGUAS, Filipino with
residence and postal address at Poblacion, Parian, Mexico, Pampanga, hereinafter referred to as
the VENDOR;
-AND-
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of land, bounded
and described as follows;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of NINE MILLION ONE
HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 9,175,000.00), Philippine Currency, the
receipt hereof is hereby acknowledge, by the VENDOR from VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, her heirs, successors, and assigns the above
mentioned parcel of land.
The VENDOR undertakes to execute and deliver such other documents, contracts or
instruments as are necessary to transfer title to the VENDEE. The VENDOR warrants that the
title on the above-described parcel of land is free from all liens and encumbrances and that the
vendor will defend their rights against any claim of any person whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this deed this
