 When I was young I was told that everything’s destined , Its already
written . One day I saw a pen in my drawer and tried to recreate it
and wrote a milestone and achieved it.

 From that day I write my destiny proudly . And I want you to write
yours too.

How this pen works

 As describing working of the pen , there is a small roller inbuilt within the
pen which help the whitener to attach with it and also we can de
attach it. * If we want to use pen then we have to push the back
side of pen to move forward and automatically the whitener will shift
backward . Also the pen can be refilled and can be recycled.
 Are you worrying about the size of the whitener and pen ? You should
not as we came up with an idea that the whitener will be of half a size
of pen and width of the whitener will be same as pen ,as we can call it
as customized whitener which we will be special ordering . The photo
above is the 3D image which shows the length of whitener is small and
at the end it is just a cap making it to see big but you can remove the
cap and see ,what magic happens.

About 1 st Element : Product Mix

 Product Mix = Decisions related to the product .


 Aesthetic , Ink quantity, Long lasting life, Water resistance ink,
Personality match , unique color(its aqua blue not the other general
blue color)
 My pen has the best grip with sweat absorption , This pen needs
less applied pressure and writes smoothly.
 Our product is UNICUS( means unique ) in its own kind and can
easily be adjusted in the environment and also easily acceptance
of the people.
About 2 nd Element : Price Mix

 Comparing with the competitors there is no such thing which is in


the market and our product will be cheap as:

If u buy a pen and a whitener separately , then it will cost you around
30rupees but we will provide it under 25rupees , as many students and
others users would recommend this only.

Also we would directly contact the Manufacturer of whitener to
provide us at cheapest price and after recreating it with the pen we
would sell it in cheap price also .
About 3 rd Element : Place Mix

 - place mix means decisions relating to make products available to


consumers.
 So In this I have chosen One level channel of distribution which
can be identified by this chain :

 Manufacturer>>> To our production House >>>>Retailor >


>>>Consumer.
 This will help us to reduce the cost by eliminating the wholesaler and
also we know how important wholesaler are but we will use the
concept of “ NETWORK IS NETWORTH” by our network we will be
able to sell our product.
About 4 th Element: Promotion Mix

 For promotion to be not costly to us we will be using some sort of


“publicity” which means a medium of providing information about a
particular product to the customer for which no effort is made by the
producer , like we would take help of a family member or remember we
used the concept of “Network is net worth ” we can use that in every
element.
 To promote our product free of cost and also we can do by an choosing
an influencer to promote our product under our budget premises.

 Gender= male and female both

 Income= All sections of society . both middle and


higher income groups , availability relies on their respective colleges
and universities whether they they go for this or not.

 Location= All private and government colleges of bangalore.


Targeting

 Targeting of Sui generis pen = Sui generis pen will be using


differentiated product segmentation .

 : In the whole market students will be


provided the same services that is stationary on time .

 stationary are everywhere since youth and young adults


demographic is so large So it will be beneficial for us to target them.
Positioning

 As discussed above our product has sweat absorption grip, No


need to stress on pen for writing as it will smoothly work in any
dynamic environment.

our pen different from them is Water resistance Ink.
