Labrador, Lovely Joy L.

Show a sample of the painting in the following art movements.

1. Art Povera

For me this is the best example of Art Povera

because in my own understanding, art povera
wants to prove us that the things you thought as a
trash can be useful or that is what we called
recycle. As you can see in this picture it does look
like a trash because it’s just a rope but look how
beautiful it is! How come that a rope will become
this beautiful as art, many people appreciated this
art.

2. Minimalism

Minimalism is an extreme form of abstract art. It is

known to relax a viewer, and spark creativity and
contemplation, making it perfect for office areas.
The colors, lines and silhouettes of minimalist art
pieces, can create a visual link between different
elements of the room and bring the entire space
together.

3. Contemporary Art

Contemporary art is the made art of today. This

art work represent in the present time, this is him
looking at the mirror and it reflects on what his
doing today or what you created in present, it
seems like your diary because it will remind you
on what you are doing that day.
4. Pop Art

The Pop art movement aimed to solidify the

idea that art can draw from any source, and
there is no hierarchy of culture to disrupt this.
We can see this in the comics, we this is the art
that we can call “the picture that you can hear”
because from looking at the picture in the
comics automatically you understand it!
