Following are the preferable locations for establishing Front Control Centre 1. Uhde Building (APM Office) In case of wind direction from NAST to Ammonia plant, FCC will be established in Unde Building (APM Office) 2, Ammonia Conference Room (Beside Coordination Engineer Office) In case of wind direction from NAST to Admin, Building. CAN plant or Colony Jamia mosque, FCC will be established in Ammonia Conference Room (Beside Coordination Engineer Office) NOTE: FCC leader has the authority to relocate FCC if warranted by conditions at that time. FCC may be reestablished at any suitable location near declared emergency area on FCC. Leader disposal as required by the situation after reaching dedicated FCC locations FCC leader may call additional work force / crew on the declared emergency site from nearest assembly point to assist the ERT members engaged in rescue and evacuation operation. In case of major fire / heavy release of toxic gases and chemicals, UM HSE and the respective section UM / SH may rush to the declared emergency site if possible for immediate assistance to ERT team leader in emergency handling. RCC leader may contact them in the field through Walkie Talkie or by visiting the site accordingly. In case of more man power / work force deployment is required at the declared emergency site; RCC leader may call the required crew from the nearest assembly point in coordination with senior executive administration or nearest control room of operating units.
