Maintenance a. The explosivity meter must be inspected and calibrated after every six months by the Instrument Unit b. The explosivity meters may be referred to the Vendor's representative in Pakistan for repairs on recommendation of Instrument Unit. The Operation Unit Manager will initiate the Manual Request Form for the repair of explosivity from outside agency i., vendor's local representative. SAFETY UNIT 4.3.1 Monitors the compliance of guidelines given in this procedure, 4.3.2 Educate the operation interface in handling the Explosivity Meters safely. 4.3.3 Helps instrument unit in development of setup for calibration of explosivity meters, 4.34 Keeps stock of calibration gas. INSTRUMENT UNIT 4.4.1 Develops a preventive maintenance & calibration schedule for the exp! 44.2 Develops a setup for the calibration of the explosivity meters.
