The Introduction
How it started:

I have always wanted to make money. The interest I have for cars was just that I wanted to make
a lot of money.

But just like everyone else, I will do my research to find out which business is most profitable to
begin with.

After a lot of market research, one morning I woke up and then it hit me that there might be a
problem in the auto industry I can solve.

However, I did not have any experience in any part of how the business works.

I began doing some digging and found out that dealers make as much as N750,000 profit on one
car. Lagos has about the highest national vehicular density of over 222 vehicles/km according to
wctrs-society.com

That's a lot of cars. And with this demand for it in Lagos alone means big business if you know
how to sell it.

3
As you see, even at this time, I haven't owned a car myself. Didn't even have a license to drive.
But one thing that I was convinced about was that it is sure profitable if I could figure out a way to
solve problems for individuals.

But I was wrong!

Cars are not cheap to buy. So to get involved, one would need some serious capital upfront. At
least so I thought. To get this done, my options were limited. To get a loan or to work hard in
other businesses to make enough money to achieve this. Whatever the answer could be, I didn't
have a clue.

But why is this story important to you? You're just reading this to know how to get in your cars for
less expensive than the market price.

Well, when I figured out that the best way to enter any industry is to find what pain points to solve
for consumers, I found out that dealers sell garbage cars for outrageously expensive prices
because they feel people are ignorant of where to buy themselves.

So therefore, it was then obvious where I will carve out a niche for myself.

Educating people about cars in a country where it seems there's high use of vehicles but very low
education of anything about it.

To buttress my point, an average Nigerian knows he will visit the mechanic twice a month and
that is if he gets lucky.

Visiting the mechanic often is not a normal thing and shouldn't be regarded as such.

But when you buy expensive garbage disguised as a classic. You settle for less ignorantly.

Please allow me to educate you the best way possible.

This report will break down the entire process in bits and pieces. Every step it takes to import any
car that suits your budget. If you're reading this, consider yourself graced to have the opportunity
to come across information such as this. This will save you money. Also open your eyes to buy
exactly what you want that gives you peace of mind. If this sounds like something you're
interested in. Let's dive right in

Where to Buy Clean Title Cars at a Low Cost.
Our very first direction to buying foreign used vehicles is to understand this.

Buy only from the USA. Not Canada or Europe.

There are lots of different reasons from experience why this is important. I will list some of them
below as follows

1. Shipping from US is faster

2. US owned vehicles have 100% AC intact in them.
3. Europeans don't maintain cars as well as the US.
4. US always demand records to track their vehicle performance
5. US uses right hand drive

5
Shipping from US is faster
Major attribute to importing vehicles is shipping time. Shipping your vehicles from the USA cuts
down on your shipping time especially if you’re buying close to the port. The fastest ports are in
Baltimore and Jacksonville. Even though it will seem that UK is closer, the US have more shipping
activities.

US owned vehicles have 100% AC

European vehicles mostly only have heaters inbuilt because the weather is likely cold all year
round. Almost the same as Canada, But US has both extremes. Summer and winter. So you can
be sure you are buying a car with the air conditioner active.

Europeans don't maintain cars as well as the US.

The major reason we decide to import a car is because we want reliability. Otherwise we buy
from showrooms and not bother about crossing the border to import. In the US, you are required
to always document things and most of the cars are insured. So when it takes a little dent they
put it up for auction. This is because the cost of repair in the US can be crazy expensive and it
makes no sense for the insurance company to fix, so they list it up for auction. And most times
these vehicles are listed in perfect condition. But it takes experience to fish them out. Lucky for
you, you'll find out in this report.

US records help track vehicle performance

This is where buying gives us peace of mind. The US always demands records for everything
they do, and cars are not left out of it.

It's as transparent as if you want to know the history of a vehicle all you need to do is, get the car
VIN number and you can find out everything about the car.

This is also something you can do when you buy foreign used in Nigeria. Ask for the VIN number
and do a quick check online with (epic Vin) website. So you see why buying from the US is non
contested?

US uses right hand drive

You do not need to assemble when it arrives. Pure run and drive. Can save you even more
money when you choose this option.

6
Best websites to buy from
It is imperative that you know that some level of computer literacy is needed to make this
happen. And all the due process you need to import your car can be done from your bedroom
without having to know anyone abroad or any links at all.

All the links you need will be cited here in this report. The very first contact with our import
procedure is the website to buy from.

There are several websites in the US you can buy cars from. I will advice you against any website
except Copart.com and IAAI.com

I have my many reasons why I only recommend these two. The most important on that list is that
it is extremely cheaper to buy them because these cars are listed on auction. With precise info on
the conditions of the vehicle.

Furthermore I dare say that 97% of any foreign used car you see in Nigeria today is bought on
either of these websites. So you are about to learn the secrets of car dealers in Nigeria.

To begin, I will spend time explaining everything you need to know about copart as a beginner.
IAAI is similarly the same with copart.

But in the game, copart seems to lead the pack. So without further ado, what is copart?

7
Copart.com
Copart is a US auction site where items listed are sold to the highest bidder. More to this, copart
deals with a range of different items from cars to boats, to factory equipment etc. Our focus
would be on cars.

What I love so much about copart is the user interface. It is very user friendly and easy to
navigate.

To use copart effectively, there are a couple things you need to know.

As of the time of writing this report, copart requires you to register on their site for an annual fee
of $200

Of course this might put you off, if you have no intention of taking this information seriously,
which is good for the dealers. They will buy and sell to you.

But if you’re still with me, then you have no issues because, after exposing you to copart, you can
practice with it or use iaai.com.

Moving on. Now with or without registering, there are a couple things to look out for on copart
when buying a car.

THE FILTERS

Helping you summarize the entire process by telling you exactly what to do. When you log into
copart, it might look like a thick forest, but if you know what to look out for, you will not be
stranded.

A little hint!

Most cars you find on auction are there for various reasons.

1. Some are listed by insurance companies who feel if the cost of repair is more expensive
than it’s retail value, there isn’t any sense in repairing it. This in some cases, benefits us
here in Nigeria. Repair abroad can be synonymous to replace. New parts rather than
salvage those parts. So if the damage is minor and repairable, it will cost cheaper to fix

8
here in Nigeria than it would have cost in the US. So you can buy these ones but it’s not
what I recommend.

2. Some owners die, and the cars are not willed so they can offer them as donations to the
auction for buyers to bid on. These types of cars mostly fall under the “clean title”
categories which are very good for purchase.
3. The owners want an upgrade of their vehicle, they decide to sell at auction to recoup
some of the money while they buy a new one. Complete steal. These are straight forward
options and most times have nothing wrong with the vehicles. So they are recommended
for purchase
4. Bad weather damage on the vehicle. These types of cars might only need a new paint job
to change the body paint damage caused by weather. Most times these cars are
neglected because they don’t look attractive. If the price is right, and you calculate how
much it might cost to fix, it might just be a go-go on it.
5. Flood disaster damage. (never buy these) Most times these cars would look appealing but
it will be a bad idea to buy them, because a lot of the internal parts are damaged beyond
repair but it won’t look so when you want to buy
6. Mechanical faults (never buy these). Many times you hear people boast about buying
accidented cars and claim to repair them here. When a car is listed to have mechanical
faults, it’s a big problem you should avoid. These are the little important things you should
know about buying a car on auctions.
7. Normal wear. This condition is a description they use for a car that has been fairly used by
the owner with no damage to it. It's usually very expensive amongst the other options.
Needless to say, it's best recommended.
8. Biohazard/Chemical. Cars listed with this description, might have spills of liquid
substances in them like water, milk, blood, food, oil. Whatever. Except you're extremely
health conscious. This is also a good option to filter for.

9
10
11
COMMON TERMS AND REGISTERS

To begin searching for a gem car, after you register on copart, you need to find "Vehicle finder"
tab. When you open it, it will look like the image above.

One rule of thumb to make a search is to make up your mind what you want to buy and what
budget you have for it.

This is necessary and crucial for a successful search and bid.

12
You don't want to bid for cars that are above your budget because when you win. And you can't
afford to pay, there will be penalties every day accumulating in your account. If you decide to
terminate your account, you won't be allowed to create another one. Ever!

They do this to limit the number of unserious bidders. Unserious bidders affect their business and
other serious people interested in getting the same car they bid for. I hope you clearly
understand?

There's a budget calculator you can use to calculate your landing cost. This helps you decide
what car you want. It is attached to your email.

Great, once that is settled. You must at least have a car make and or model in mind as well.
Remember the whole point of this is to get a car you want and not what you see. So a little
research must apply to what you prepare your mind for.

The last part of the search is location. Leave it at default for your first search. However, location is
extremely important when you're choosing a car to buy.

The reason is, America is a very big country and states are several hours apart. If you have no
knowledge about where to bid from, you will spend too much money towing to the port. Before
there's any consideration of shipping. This as well will be treated in a chapter dedicated to,
location and shipping.

Terms

There are major terms you should look out for to qualify the condition of the car.

R for Run and Drive: when a car is listed as run and drive, it means it was tested that the car can
move in its own power without having to be assisted. Ordinarily, these are the best choices.

You don't want to buy cars that don't fit this feature. It will cost you more to fix and tow and your
cost for shipping will be much more than when you buy a run and drive. Except you're buying to
use parts.

E for Enhanced vehicles : Seller has authorized that Copart is permitted to perform an
enhancement service to the vehicle. This designation does not guarantee that any enhancement
service was completed but rather indicates that qualifying vehicles would likely be enhanced.
AKA. don’t buy it. It’s always a bad idea.

S for Engine starts: At the time the vehicle arrived at Copart's location, Copart verified that the
vehicle started and ran at idle. Don’t bother buying these. If you are thinking you’re getting a
cheaper deal, you have signed up for problems. You might never have what is required to fix it.

13
You will have to pay an extra $400 at the port to tow the car into the vessel. All these extra
charges and uncertainty is very unnecessary.

D for Donated Vehicle: The net proceeds from the sale of this vehicle will benefit a charity. Like I
have shared earlier, these cars can be a complete steal. When you check and can certify all that's
necessary to check. You can run away with a perfectly good car.

S for Sealed Bid Repossession: Repossessed vehicles are sold at auction by the vehicle finance
company to satisfy borrower/lessee's financial obligations. To explain it further, these are cars
taken forcefully from owners who owe. So there might be absolutely nothing wrong with the car.
If you can check other attributes well and you are happy with the condition, these could be a
fantastic buy as well.

H for Hybrid Vehicles: Hybrid vehicles are typically regarded as green or environmentally
friendly. Fuel sources include Hybrid, Diesel, High MPG Gas, CNG, and Ethanol. The problem with
these ones is that when they need repairs, you are not likely going to find a good mechanic to do
it. So because our country is still behind on this technology, it will be best to avoid listings with
this feature.

There are much more features, and you might want to visit copart FAQ center to read further, But
right here I have listed all the very important ones to look out for. So this should get you up and
running.

Certification
After you make your search preferences. This information is extremely important to note when
buying. You must not forget to check.

Ownership Doc Type: These titles are very important to always look out for. These document
types give certifications for car condition and this can be very crucial.

CERTIFICATE OF SALVAGE: Suggest that the vehicle has been reported as accidented. Many
times this certificate doesn’t say that the car isn’t good enough to drive. It could have a minor
dent, or need a major side body work. It could be listed here for just having a noticeable dent. So
buying can be a great choice.

CERT OF TITLE: This document suggests that the vehicle is in very good condition and has no
major faults. Most times have never been accidented. So when you see Nigerians use the term,
“clean title” this is what they mean. So therefore in our quest to buy a car this is our choice.

14
VIN: vehicle identification number is the unique number given to every car to specify it. One thing
that is very interesting about buying from the US is the fact that they keep records. That record
can be easily tracked by using the VIN of a car to read its history. This is something else you can
use to show transparency as a dealer.

Letting your clients know about the history of the car they are purchasing and leaves them happy
about it, is a good sign to single you out of the pack.

The VIN number is usually on display in every car listing. Sometimes you are required to pay a
fee to see the history using epicVIN. Except it's absolutely necessary, there shouldn’t be any
reason why you would need the paid option.

Odometer

The odometer on a car tells how far the vehicle has traveled. It can be mechanical, electrical, or a
combination of the two.

If there’s anything you shouldn’t overlook is how far the vehicle has traveled.

General rule of thumb is 70k – 110k for most cars

Toyota has a life value of about 250k

Mazda has about 150k

So it’s important you check to get it as low as possible.

15
Things to note:

Cars with low mileage are generally more expensive.

Cars with mileage lower than 30k are regarded as new in Nigerian custom laws, so, you are likely
going to pay customs for a car as its brand new, which could be bloody expensive.

If it helps, target 50k low 110k medium 180k high

Damage:

Damage on the vehicle is what majorly affects the auction value. Even though I have touched on
it earlier in this report, it’s fair if I elaborate on it.

On Copart, there are damage codes you should consider when viewing listings. I will highlight a
few important ones here:

AO for All Over: this describes cars that somersault and all parts of the car damaged. It would be
smart to avoid these cars because a lot could have gone wrong with them and might be tough to
repair.

FR for Frontend: this describes cars that suffer damage in front. It is best to inspect with provided
images to be sure how serious the damage is. In some cases, it will just need a bumper
replacement, or a simple dent in front of the car. In some other cases it might be a very serious
blow to the chassis and the engine that forced out the air bags. In this case, it’s best to avoid
bidding for it. When the chassis of a car is affected, the repair is major and sometimes too difficult
to fit back to normal.

RR for Rear End: Just the same with the front damage as well. Look out for the tail lamps, to be
certain if they are intact and if they are not, if will be easy to find their parts.

SD for Side: this describes cars that suffer damage on the side and need repair only for that. Do
not bid if this damage is on the driver side, the towing company will not regard your car as run
and drive. They will require you to forklift. They do this so they don’t endanger their workers.

Major take away: The chassis of a car is the most important part of the frame, when you are
inspecting car damage, be very critical about the damage to the grilles and chassis. If the collision
damages the chassis, there’s a good change the radiator and engine is also affected. And can
also mean that the airbags are deployed. When the damage is this severe, it’s best to look away.

16
AUCTION AND BIDDING

AUCTION: Finally you will learn how to bid for cars like a pro! But first let’s pretend like you don’t
know what auction is and just explain it to you.

Auction is … just a sec, let me copy and paste it from google…

According to Wikipedia, “an auction is usually a process of buying and selling goods or services
by offering them up for bid, taking bids, and then selling the item to the highest bidder or buying
the item from the lowest bidder.”

So in other words you and other people will be bidding to buy the same car. But online.

Nobody needs to go to the facility to bid. Although iaai.com offers buyers the opportunity to bid
onsite.

But that’s not our target. We are trying to do all these from our bedroom.

So since we now know that to buy cars we need to beat the competition, we need to be smart
about our approach. So if you are still reading, pay the best attention now.

BUDGET!

Your budget is your commander in chief. If you don’t have the budget for it, don’t bid for it. I must
have mentioned many reasons why earlier in this report, it’s not a great plan.

The best way to get your costing is to do some research on how much your car is valued in the
Nigerian market for foreign used cars.

When you figure this out, you can then proceed to check the market value for Nigerian used as
well.

Then you use you cost template attached to your mail to do your estimate. Whatever you have
chosen to be your bid cost should never exceed it. No matter how beautiful the car looks. Never
bid beyond your budget.

Also bear in mind other cost involved. And exchange rate as well, more on these later.

17
Now that we have our budget let's go back to bidding.

Before bidding, Copart Members must have a valid government-issued ID on file in their Copart
account, and they must have paid for their Basic or Premier Membership. It can take up to four
business days for licenses and documents to be processed and verified before bidding can take
place, so be sure to upload any relevant documents in advance!

Live Bidding

With Copart's patented online vehicle auction technology, Members experience the excitement of
a live sale from the comfort of their home or office, on their computers or mobile devices. You
already know how to register, submit business licenses and join an auction. Now let the live
bidding begin!

Bid from your computer, on your mobile device or through a Broker by selecting from one of the
automatic increment options or choosing your own bid amount (Monster Bid). Compete against
other Members to become the high bidder, and if your bid is the highest when the circular,
dynamic countdown timer stops, you win the sale of the vehicle.

At this point, Sellers who have placed a minimum bid or declared the vehicle Sold on Approval
can directly counter bid the high bidder after the sale ends. Even when Sellers don’t counter bid
on these vehicles, the high bid on an offer remains open to acceptance by the Seller until 6 p.m.
the next business day after the sale.

Buy It Now

18
Bypass the bidding on certain vehicles labeled as Buy It Now. Though you can still bid on these
vehicles if you wish, buyers can also purchase them immediately for a predetermined price. After
clicking the Buy Now button you will be redirected to a page with the invoice which you have to
pay within 3 working days. If the invoice is not paid within 3 working days, the lot will relist. So
make sure ahead of time that you have enough funds in your account to pay for the vehicle you
plan to purchase.

You can run away with the car at a buy it now price. It is usually more expensive than the bidding
lot. So if it fits your budget and all is good, by all means pull the buy it now trigger.

Buying Power

Buying Power is the total amount you can bid on a vehicle. You must have Buying Power to bid
and buy vehicles at Copart.

Basic Members start with $1,200 in Buying Power, whereas Premier Members get substantial
Buying Power.

If you’re a Basic Member, you have two ways to increase your Buying Power:

Upgrade to Premier or add a Deposit

Upgrade to Premier:

Premier Membership is the best choice for most Copart buyers. Upgrading to Premier gives you
substantial buying power without having to add additional deposits.

There are only two requirements to upgrade to Premier:

$199 annual fee

One time, fully refundable $400 deposit

19
A Premier Membership is best for Members who:

Plan to purchase multiple vehicles

Want to bid on multiple vehicles at one time

Want to avoid the time and hassle of adding deposits each time their bidding limit is reached

Note: Upgrading to Premier does not increase your bidding eligibility. Eligibility is determined by
your current licenses on file and state requirements. Visit the Help With Licensing map for state
licensing requirements by clicking here

Add a Deposit:

Basic Members who don’t want to upgrade to Premier can also increase their buying power by
adding a deposit to their Copart account. Adding a deposit to increase Buying Power is best for
Members who are purchasing only one vehicle. Deposits are required to be at least 10% of the
desired bid amount.

Example: If you wish to bid a maximum of $3,500, a deposit of $350 is required before the bid
can be placed.

To determine your current Buying Power, visit the Member Dashboard and look for the My Buying
Power widget. All deposits are 100% refundable once all outstanding invoices have been paid in
full. To request a deposit, sign in to your account, go to Account Information page and click on
'Deposit Refund.'

If you need further assistance, call copart at (972) 391-5400 to speak to a Member Services
Representative.

Note: Deposits are not applied to any vehicle purchases. This does not include Bidders under a
Broker Account.

For more information visit Copart knowledge center.

20
Major bid features you need to take note of:
On Approval: This bid option says that even when you win the bid, you are at the mercy of your
seller to decide to let you have the car at the bid price won or negotiate his new price.

This sometimes can take a gamble. You might be forced to spend more than you budget for the
car you won at auction if the seller wants you to pay more. One rule of thumb if you bid on cars
with this feature is not increase your initial bid you won with. The seller has more to lose if he
doesn’t go with your bid and there will always be a better option to follow with.

My recommendation will be to exhaust your “Pure sale” options before you decide to go with
listings on approval.

Pure sale: These are the sweetest ones to go for. Whatever bid is won is the amount you buy it
for. These are the ones to go for.

Payment and Bidding fees

Paying for and picking up your vehicles are important steps in the buying process. For a smooth
transaction, review the information on this page before winning your first vehicle.

Payment Options

Copart offers several payment options to domestic buyers, including payment by wire transfer,
money order cashier’s check, credit/debit card (domestic accounts only) and now MoneyGram®.
A few more payment options are also available to domestic buyers. Please note, you can only
use a credit card for purchases up to $20,000 USD. Any amount over that will need to be made
with another payment option.

The recommended payment method for international buyers is wire transfer.

View Your Payment Options

22
How to Pay
As you plan your payment, please keep in mind the following:

The payment deadline is 3 business days, including day of sale (funds must be received on
Copart account within the 3-day period).

If not paid within the 3 days, a $50 late fee is assessed on each vehicle.

The most reliable payment method for international buyers is wire transfer. As international wire
transfer may take several days, international buyers may send funds prior to winning an auction
so the credit is available to use right away.

With the new CBN restrictions, you cannot buy in dollars with your naira debit card higher than
$100, you cannot also send money to a relative abroad to help you pay, and this payment might
bounce as cash is not allowed for payment because it cannot be traced. If you pay by card the
payment might bounce too and you might be in trouble to pay late payment fees and it can be
messy

The best option is to use a bank draft. Our trusted agent physically goes to the copart facility on
your behalf to make payments. It’s the best way to approach it.

Use one of the payment options mentioned above to transfer the payment.

If you’re paying by wire transfer (from the USA or internationally), please follow this 2-step
process to make sure that they locate the funds timely and apply to the intended invoices:

1. Send the wire transfer following the wire transfer instructions. When sending the wire transfer,
mention what you are paying for (deposit, upgrade to Premier or payment for lots) to help them
apply your funds to the right category).

Send a wire transfer notification and a wire receipt to Buyer.AR@Copart.com if the wire is not
posted to your Copart account after 24 hours.

23
Member Fees
Member Fees are based on the final sale price of a vehicle, the payment method used, the
buyer’s past purchasing volume and current business licensing on file. International members are
always eligible for rates applied to Business Members, irrespective of the business licenses on
file. If you’re logged in to your Copart account, you can view Member Fees there.

To avoid late payment fees, the vehicle sale amount and all applicable fees must be paid within 3
business days of purchase, including the day of sale.

Storage rates may vary by location and can be found on the Locations pages

Transportation and Shipping

Copart works with third-party tow providers to provide shipping on many vehicles. To see if
transportation is available on the vehicle(s) you won, visit Payments Due immediately following
the sale.

24
In the Location & Delivery section of Payments Due, verify that your ZIP/postal code is correct,
and then set up delivery by clicking the Order button. If shipping is unavailable for your vehicle,
we suggest exploring alternative options through other third-party providers.

If you will be towing with us, you will not have any problems picking up your car from copart
facility to the port

Note: Copart does not make deliveries to residential addresses.

The best options for you to ship directly to Nigeria, is to use GRIMALDI if you will ship by
container. And SALLAUM if you are shipping by ro-ro

The difference is that containers are safer and more expensive to ship. If you are shipping in cars
that are 2015 and earlier, consider using containers.

Ro-ro is a cheaper option but it’s met by a lot of caution. As soon as your shipment lands you
must clear it in time to avoid theft.

Picking Up Your Vehicle at copart

If you prefer to pick up your vehicles in person, here are six things to remember:

Arrange the payment and pickup of your vehicle within three days from the day of sale to avoid
incurring storage fees.

Schedule pick-up during normal business hours.

Have your Member Number and the lot numbers of the vehicles being picked up ready.

Loading is first-come, first-served.

Flatbed trucks are recommended for safe transportation of your vehicles.

All heavy and medium duty lots are self-load only.

25
After the three-day complimentary storage period, you will be charged a small fee each day the
vehicle is stored at the Copart location. These fees can be found on the location page.

There’s a 9 page document available for pro level members of my car import program that shows
the after purchase process and paperwork that you need to know and have after purchase. Call
Ayodeji on 08083583967

Location and ports

Location is super important when you are placing bids.

Where you are bidding from should be very close to either of these two ports

Jacksonville or Baltimore

The reason is because, if you win the car and it is very far away, you will spend an outrageous
amount of money shipping and it is just not worth it.

Houston Texas

Jacksonville

Florida

New Jersey

Providence

Baltimore - MD

Delaware

For a start, also use the google map to plot where the car you want to bid for are located.

Ensure you insist that you want your shipment delivered to Tincan Island. The gridlock at Apapa
is extremely crazy, it is the better of both options.

26
Clearing:
When your car arrives in Lagos, you are required to clear it within 4 – 7 days. Any time after that
will attract demurrage. Daily will start at NGN1200 for the first day and multiply the second day
and eventually if it gets to the fifth day you pay NGN5000 every day until 6 months. If you don’t
come to claim it, under law it becomes the government’s property. So you should think deep
about it before you bid.

Customs
In Nigeria, to discourage you from bringing in older cars, customs put a clearing charge of
NGN500,000 for make and model older than 15 years .

But the newer the model, the more expensive the car is, the more you have to pay for clearing

According to https://clearingagent.com.ng

This is how to calculate your clearing charges

1. Find the Dollar value of your car.

2. Multiply it by the current exchange rate used by the customs (₦480).

3. Then, multiply it by the percentage of duty to be paid (35%).

Most noteworthy, the first step should give you the duty of your vehicle, this is called the surface
duty.

Hence, to get the total duty which includes VAT, is where the 138 trigger comes in

4. Multiply the total of Surface duty by 138. In addition, this will give you the total duty you will pay
to the customs via designated banks in Nigeria.

Furthermore, To know the total cost of clearing your car,

27
Do this below.

5. Add it up with shipping and terminal charges

While shipping and terminal charges vary. Cars, SUVs, and Trucks approximated cost is

65,000 ₦75,000 ₦80,000 respectively, depending on your shipping document, whether original
bill of

Lading, telex, seaway bill, or print at destination.

6. Add the Agent fee or Clearing Charges which is usually negotiable.

100,000 to ₦150,000 for older cars, and higher charge for newer cars)

Well fortunately for pro members you can work with our clearing agents who will do all the hard
work and deliver the car to your doorstep.

Brokers
Brokers like autobidmaster, auction export, automall etc will increase your cost almost double if
you engage them. I do not recommend them.
