Subject: Sison Stationary Fuel Tank

Greetings!

Our request for a stationary fuel tank was realized from situations wherein part our budget allotted for site
expenses(e.g. purchase,repairs) are being re-allotted as travel funds to urgent/unforecasted travels and
mobilizations with budgets dependent on length of travels. This prompts the cashier to frequently request
budget and this process sometimes delays purchases(sison and manila) and in turn repairs. On the other
hand, as budgets for purchases are determined on a daily basis the purchaser usually couldn’t avoid
requesting additional budget because either the budget is really lacking or there are additional parts to
be replaced as determined at the on-going repair and would be better if purchased that day.

If a fuel tank is provided, budgets issued to drivers would be lessened(limited to meal fund for short travel
and lessened diesel fund for long travels) and the budget in Sison would be more manageable. We
would also be buying diesel for a lesser price for bulk purchase.

We understand that the earlier approved fuel tank capacity was 3000-5000 liters but we request that it
will be 8000 liters so the purchase of fuel would be monthly. This was based on the fuel consumption
here in Sison in the months of January,February and March which are 6022.14, 7137.14 and 3770.27
liters respectively. Also, Dongon lot was recently ordered to source travel funds from Sison.
