In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as Sports Coordinator, School Year 2020 – 2021
and in – charge to provide high level development of sports. The Sports Coordinator will be responsible for
the coordination of new and existing sports program with a view to increasing levels of participation and
enhancing the quality of experience for the students. The Sports Coordiantor will lead the sports program,
ensuring there is effective delivery and high student satisfaction rates. The Sports coordinator will be
responsible for building relationships with key student, stakeholders and for ensuring there is strong and
regular communication with the other Sports Coordinator. The Sports coordinator will support the long
term planning of sport and project, manage sports events, and any other projects as directed by the
Division Sports Coordinator..

The Special Order takes effect immediately for the duration of the activity.
