MBG TECHNOLOGY
• MBG is Micro-Bubble Generator
• MBG produces micro bubble in water (adjustable bubble size)
• It requires a steady supply of water under pressure and plus a supply of air
and no moving part of MBG. So it will make MBG having long life time.

Micro Bubble provides two important advantages

• More Surface Area: Micro-bubbles of any gas provide a larger surface area in
any liquid.
• Longer Contact Time: Micro-bubbles of any gas rise much slower in any liquid.

Finally MBG provides very good in;

• Standard Oxygen Transfer Efficiency (SOTE, %)
• Energy Efficient due to using RAS Pump

- Aeration tanks (sometimes)
• Provide half the mass transfer of oxygen compare to
