and provide new revenue and greater opportunities. Digital business that is associated leads to
better communication and sharing of real time information. There will be detailed analysis for
the technology and its associated platforms that tend to give an overview of technological
process in the business. The report will determine about the digital business tool and about
the technological implication in the business in order to define the importance of digital
business. The discussion will include the relation of the digital business with the theories and

The topic of digital business has been considered in this study as it tends to create a wider
level of opportunities and greater productivity in the workplace process. Nowadays,
embracing digital technology implicates helps in enhancing the customer experience and
major business improvements by the application of tools and devices. The automation
process that is intended with the digital business coordinates operational success and
development in the business performance. Following this above topic, it can be noted that
there is a streamline of business operations, establishment of new business models and

This topic has been developed in the context of the advancement of technology in the
business process. Digital technology that has been introduced in the business creates a new
transformation in the business process. It helps in strategising business by initiating better
adaptability and cooperation in the technical processes. The introduction of the digital culture
thrives to make transparency and significant interaction in the work process (Bcg, 2022). The
development of the digital culture helps in empowerment of people to deliver quick results,
attract talents and in reducing cultural risks. It has been intended that the establishment of
new technologies and the digitisation process leads to the acquisition of corporate culture.

Considering the topic concerned, the technology that is considered is the Digital Business
process, which incorporates the new aspect of technology to create a new value in the

competitive advantage in the business, providing significant value to the customers.
Organisational restructuring is regarded as the benefit that is implemented by the digital
services in the case of business aspects. It is also considered as the mediator that change the
way for organisational thinking and established greater revenue and market growth. There is
an optimisation of the international work process that is used to support the supply chain and
the distribution.

process and driving performance management. The aspect of digital marketing activities that

case of digital business are search marketing process, interactive ads, emails, social media
marketing and online partnership. The tool is quite effective in the business as it helps in

about organisational success. The content can be related to digital technologies in
consideration of hardware and software. In the context of the digital business process, it has
been related that there is an enhanced level of innovation that drives potentiality. There is the
implementation of social media as the prominent platform in the case of business processes
that helps to engage with the customers and boosts up overall performance in the
organisation. The digital platforms that have been used are often defined as the BPM
technology i.e., Business Process management technology. Integrated platforms that are
mainly involved in the business process creates a significant level of transformation
comprising streams like cloud technological setup, analytics, cognitive type computing and

Concerning the cultural aspects, digital technology mainly encourages innovation, retains
new age talents and helps in speeding up the work process. In the case of the culture, digital
technology has been allowed to create increased employee engagement, autonomous work

processes that are introduced in the business process involves various types of techniques

digital business involves web applications, emails, databases, mobile and TV that leads to
implicate a strategic management process and better marketing tactics.

that there are ample benefits that result in developing a business potentiality. There is

processes. In the context of the digital business, there is the utilisation of digital signature,
optimised user interface and relevant mobile responsiveness. And these processes can

In addition to the business processes, it has been implicated that digital technology is
considered to be a potential factor in improving the customer experiences that drives the
performance. Digital technology tends to establish a greater development in the product or in
the services for the business that brings up profitability. With the establishment of the digital
model in the business, there is greater adaptability and development of strong digital culture.

different areas like the management, equipment, environment that leads to sustainable
transformation.

The business model is considered to be a representation for an organisation that is mainly


conceptual, textual and contains all types of cores architectural, cooperation designs. This
model about digital technology helps in establishing strategic goals and objectives that lead to
operational profitability. Four eminent pillars mainly represent the business model are value
proposition, value finance, networking process and architectural designs.

This model has several characteristics that are important in the strategic alignment are as
follows;

Incorporation of Frederick Taylor’s Scientific Management Theory

This theory, in particular, determines the management process that involves workflow in the
organisation and it is mainly associated to improve economic efficiency. The four principles

division. Concerning the digital business, this theoretical aspect of the management intends to
