Minutes of the Second Quarter PTA meetings held on November 7, 2018 at Grade 3 Sampaguita
classroom in San Miguel Elementary School, San Miguel Burgos, Isabela. There were 16 present out of 20 parents
from grade 3 Sampaguita class who attended .Before the meeting proper the parents sign in the Attendance sheet
prepared by Mrs. Rovieda D. Butac.The PTA President Pastor Filipe R. Balido presides the meeting. It was
started at 10:00 a.m.

A Prayer was led by the PTA President .After a prayer we sing together the song “Tayo’y Isang
Komunidad”. Mrs. Butac discuss about on how to assess the pupils achievements.Then she awarded the
deserving pupils garnered an award . Parents accompanied their children in receiving their certificates. There
were pictorials done.

After the Recognition Program Mrs Butac together with the PTA Officers discuss on how to help for the
implementation of Cleanliness & Beautification of the School.The body was agreed that aside from the brigada
Eskwela plus they will alternately do weedings and gardening every Friday of the weeks.

Finally the parents do the signing of Report Cards. The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m. The classes
resumed.
