    1. To cut images with a Silhouette, open Silhouette Studio, go to File > Open, select the file type (SVG, GSD, or DXF folder depending on edition), and open the image file. 2. To cut by hand, trace the image onto cardstock and cut it out manually. 3. To cut with Cricut Design Space, open Design Space, click Upload, select the image file from its folder, change the cut line to score, select the score line and base and attach them.

    To Cut with a Silhouette

    1. Open Silhouette studio


    2. Go to file and Open
    3. Navigate to where you saved
    your files
    4. Open the files

    If using Basic Edition


    Click on either the GSD Folder or
    the DXF Folder

    If using Designer Edition or above


    Click on the SVG folder.

    5. Select the file type and open

    To cut by hand

    Use this as a template,


    Trace images onto cardstock.
    Cut by hand.

    To cut with Cricut Design


    Space
    1. Open Design Space
    2. Click on Upload on the left side
    3. Click on the Upload Image
    button
    4. Navigate to where you saved
    your files
    5. Click on the Design Space
    Folder
    6. Select files and Open
    7. Change the cut line to score.
    8. Select the score line and the
    base and attach.
