Additional Information about the Incident:

stream loan app, which was claiming to provide
instant loan of 50,000 without any guaranter or
formality. I got attracted and downloaded the said
app from play store on 17/5/2022. After installation it

asked for access to contacts,media files, location

which I granted and I feed personal and financial info
as per instructions. Thereafter 3876 and 2994 Rs.
were credited in my kotak mahindra bank account.
After 5-6 days I started receiving threatening call on
national and
my mobile no-9910313267 from various
international numbers. These unknown persons
started harassing me ,my family and my contacts by
calls even
scnding vulgar messages ,pics and spam
after I had paid back double the amount I received
from loan app. I got depresscd and could not
understand anything and kept sending money in the

UPI IDs given by them. Till now I have paid

them. Till now i have paid over 1 lac to them. These unknown people has made me to think about
suicide as they have caused unbearable torture on me and my family by defaming among my contacts.
They are calling on my wife Mobile No. 9773834632 and threatening her to pay money otherwise they
will defame us. Please help us. To The duty officer Cyber crime Police Station Ourter North Delhi. It is
submitted 02 NCRP Portal Complaints were received by the Acknowledgement No. 20805220030425
dated 28.05.22 and 20807220041743 dated 14.7.2022 at CCPS OND and the same were marked to
undersingned for a preliminary inquiry. By the contents of the complaint and inquiry conducted so far
an offence U/s 420 IPC is made out. Therefore, it is requested to register a case U/s 420IPC and
