Settings > Global settings, then click on the tab at the top that says Points.
Accumulating by value
When accumulating points by value, you can set how many points will be earned per
monetary value. For example clients could earn 1 point £10 spent. You can also set a
different rate for products.
Value of each points in £’s. Here you can enter what each point is worth in £’s, for the clients
to spend in the salon. For example each point could be worth 50p to spend in the salon, if
clients cannot spend a variable number of points set this to 0.
Accumulating By Quantity
Select points by quantity in the drop down box, enter the value of each points in £’s if
applicable.
To set this type of point accumulation up, you first need to save these changes. Then go to
menu > settings > services. You will need to go through and edit each service, entering how
many points will be earned on each.
You must setup a promotion and put how many points are required to use this promotion.
Then when a customer comes to pay, you can apply this promotion and provided the client has a
balance of more than 10 points, the promotion will be applied and the points deducted.
Also if you selected Points to have a monetary value, when you check the client out you can select
other form of payment types, and select points. It will then take the relevant amount off the bill, and
deduct the points.
It may be desirable at times to manually add points, or check how points have been accumulated. To
do this you must be in the client’s record card and click on the number of points in the top right
hand corner. This will then display the point’s calculations.
