The SA LE Ö Mantra Visualization

First, while abiding in the natural state, develop the intention to benefit all beings
through your practice and realization.
Now imagine in the sky before you, the deity Shenlha Ökar appears, surrounded by
enlightened beings, among them the bodhisattvas of the 10 bhumis. He is seated upon
a lion throne on cushions of sun and moon disks. He has one face and two hands and
is a deity of white light. He wears the 13 ornaments of a peaceful deity.
In the heart of Shenlha Ökar is a white luminous A syllable, which radiates light in the
ten directions to all sentient beings, purifying their karmic traces. This light comes
back to you, purifying your two obscurations. The Shenlha Ökar before you dissolves
into light, and that light dissolves into you as you transform into and become one with
Shenlha Ökar.
As Shenlha Ökar, in the center of your heart upon a lotus and sun and moon disks
appears a luminous white A syllable surrounded by the other eight syllables of the
mantra standing upright and circling the A in a counterclockwise direction. The
syllables radiate light to infinite space, the source, connecting to all enlightened beings
as an offering to them. The enlightened beings respond by sending light back to you,
which enters your heart as the blessings and empowerment of body, speech, and
mind. Through these lights you receive the supreme and ordinary siddhis—blessings
for your liberation as well as for your well-being in this lifetime.
Having received these blessing lights, you send light rays from your heart to all your
surroundings, imagining that all ordinary places become sacred places and all beings
become enlightened beings. All of your perceptions become pure. Everyone and
everything you see are enlightened beings in a pure dimension; everything you hear is
the mantra SA LE Ö; every thought and emotion is the pure manifestation of innate
awareness, rang rig yeshé.
From that state of awareness, sing and recite the SA LE Ö mantra, continuing to
radiate light from the A and mantra circling counterclockwise in your heart, benefiting
all beings.
