About the session
The session began with a discussion on the third factor of Organisational behavior, i.e.,Organization.
The discussion also focused on impact playing different roles have on our lives. Further, the discussion
entailed on how the concept of work is associated with the value it creates and the dignity an individual
derived from it. Further we discussed the the difference between an organization and institutions and its
various forms
What I learned from the session
The discussion help me reflect on importance of the different roles we play in our lives. I play different
roles in my life and each roles tends to have a profound impact on my life. It makes me who I am and
gives me an individuality. Further I realized that it is important role to keep a balance in every role that
you play
