Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Ethics of Fujitsu Technology Solutions

(FTS)

I declare that i am aware of the Corporate Compliance Program of the FTS, applicable to all
company employees. With this program, FTS intend to ensure that all employees comply with the
law and Code of Ethics (Ethics Policy) published. The program requires, among other requirements,
that each employee confirm in written that it is aware of the Code of Ethics.

I hereby confirm that:

1. I read the Code of Ethics and pledge to fulfill all the conditions mentioned therein.

2. I accept that I am responsible for ensuring that all activities related to my work for the FTS
comply with all laws and regulations applicable to these, and that in my area of responsibility, all
activities related to my work for the FTS are in agreement with the Code of Ethics. For questions
about this agreement, I should consult my Manager for guidance.

3. I accept that the Code of Ethics requires all employees of the FTS report immediately any case of
illegal conduct by other employees of the FTS.

4. I am aware that there is an internal and legal telephone line and an internal and legal mailbox
in FTS, in order inform potential illegal conduct in the company. All this information will be kept
confidential.

5. I accept that the Code of Ethics obliges me to inform about any potential areas of conflict of
interest that may have with FTS.

6. I know that is available on the company intranet site with legal training material on the Code of
Ethics and additional information related to the Corporate Compliance Program at:

7. If i have team management functions, I am aware that in my area have individual responsibility
for ensuring the implementation of the Programme, especially considering to the investigation
and resolution of potential or real cases of illegal conduct.

8. I accept that occasionally the company's legal responsible transmit clarifications on certain rules
regarding the Code of Ethics. These clarifications do not change the code of ethics, but are
intended to facilitate their interpretation by employees.

9. FTS Ltd. will inform me of any changes to the Code of Ethics.
