Communication Policies at Different Levels: International, Regional,


National, and Local

Communication Policy means the communication policy for any major joint


communication event concerning the Order.

Communication policy ensures that communication is consistent, coordinated,


efficiently managed, and sensitive to the members' and stakeholders' different
demands. This strategy enables to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality information
regarding policies, programs, services, and projects. Communication policy must be
visible, accessible, and accountable to the members being served. Communication
activities will employ a variety of communication methods and will engage members and
stakeholders in meaningful two-way dialogue. CAPLA communication will constantly
aim to raise our organization's profile while maintaining the integrity and respect that it
has earned.

International Communication policy is the development and sharing of knowledge


in international settings and situations through verbal and nonverbal messages is known
as global or international communication. It's a broad term that covers a variety of
communication disciplines, including intercultural, political, health, media, crisis, social
advocacy, and integrated marketing communications, to mention a few. Advertising and
marketing, public relations, international journalism, foreign service, politics and
lobbying, publishing, internet media, entertainment, and any other industry with an
international focus may employ graduates with a global communication degree.

The practice of international communication (also known as the study of global


communication or transnational communication) occurs across international borders.
International communication is an area of communication studies that deals with
"government-to-government," "business-to-business," and "people-to-people"
interactions on a global scale. Employees that can effectively communicate across
cultures are in high demand in today's increasingly international industry. "Political,
economic, social, cultural, and military concerns" are all part of international
communication.

National Communication policy is defined by a set of prescriptions and norms laid


down to guide the behavior of communication institutions in a country. Setting national
policies that promote meaningful and required communication is critical for employee
productivity and future confidence. A good communication policy decreases conflicts
and misunderstandings while also reducing uncertainty.

Regional Communication policy are set of norms and prescription towards a


certain region in a country that serves as a guide in the communication of the people
living on that place. An internal communication policy is a document that specifies how
a certain region communicates with its community internally. The policy specifies what
information can be exchanged and transmitted, as well as how it can be done.
Local Communication policy are the policy for the citizens trust to the local
governments that communicate effectively. The objective is that citizens will become
more involved in their communities because of this confidence. Citizens will realize that
their issues matter when the interaction between governments and citizens develops.

A communication plan is a strategy for delivering consistent, coordinated, and


targeted messaging in order to meet specific objectives. Effective communication is
critical, as we all know. One method to ensure that your communication activities are
purposeful, coordinated, and consistent is to create a communication plan.

At all levels, effective protocols and processes will be implemented to


standardize the format, recording, and archiving of all communications, as well as to
promote efficient communication planning and evaluation.
