and appoint CRISTIVITA C. EVANGELISTA with address at 454 Capihan,
San Rafael, Bulacan, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and
in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things to wit:

1. To apply, update, process, procure, follow-up and

receive any document/s pertaining to the
application of my Authority To Print(ATP)
Invoices for my business branches 001 and 002
with the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue)

2. To make, sign, and execute, other writings of

whatever nature or kind, with any and all third
persons, entities or concerns, as well as
RECEIVE, ACCEPT and COLLECT, the above-
cited application, upon terms and conditions
acceptable to my said Attorney-In-Fact;

power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
and could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution and
