My

family consumes a lot of energy drinks every week. It serves as a source of energy for

the entire family after a long day. I consider myself fortunate because I am not a big fan of those
sugary drinks and even coffee in the morning. When I absorb caffeine, my heart rate increases,
and I become hyperactive. To be honest, I am interested in the evaluation of healthy values in Reading
1. Sleep, diet, and stress are the primary factors that contribute to our ability to live healthy and happy
life. My habit is to get enough sleep and to take naps throughout the day. It assisted in my restoration
from exhaustion. I stayed up until 3 a.m. a few times because I was so caught up in my work. I was
fatigued and didn't want to do anything because I wasn't awake enough. If it remains, the
consequences will be serious, including hormonal imbalances and other diseases. I also have a
morning routine of doing 10 minutes of yoga after waking up that I’ve been doing for the past three
years. Thanks to a doctor's video, I discovered facial yoga by chance. Other forms of exercise can
also help us deal with stress because they both promote relaxation. During long work days, these
stretches keep me awake and prevent migraines. Additionally, I should mention that eating is an
extremely important aspect of life. Because I'm always working, the food I eat is quite various. I
believe that consuming many fruits and vegetables will make me healthier and give me more energy
than eating out. However, I still have a huge amount of work to do to improve my happiness, reduce
fatigue, and bring in more positive energy.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Tu Nguyen
