    Dear Hon. Consul General,

    I would like to respectfully request from your kind end for the
    authentication/consularization of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA), as herewith
    attached, which I executed in favor of my lawyer based in Bitung, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

    My sincerest apologies for not being able to personally pay your office a visit due to
    some exigencies I have to attend to with a Japanese guest, but it is my utmost priority to have
    this document authenticated even without my presence. Hence, I am requesting the assistance
    and hereby authorizing my friend, Recter Gentindatu, Jr., the bearer of this letter to
    facilitate on my behalf.

    On a different note, it would be an honor if you can drop by our place in General
    Santos City in one of your future visits, and I would be glad to be your host.

    I deeply appreciate your kind help on this request.
