perspective firstly I go for generalistic persepective.

Now the condition of Jammu and Kashmir always be tensed from security point of view there are two
reasons for that first Pakistan funding second local politics. So when Indian government take such a brave
step to re-establish the peace and harmony many local politician seen that there political interest are in
danger and mostly they are supported by separatist leader there are separatist leader who continuously
raised their voice against Indian government and many of them are funded by Pakistan and they all go
against the government decision now there is one counter that it’s their freedom of speech but as we see
that they not only raised their voice but also brainwashed new generation of Kashmir by fake video and
fake news. We see what happen after the death of terrorist Burhan Wani many separatist leader supported
him and criticized Indian military for their action.

Now come on Internet role in tension in Jammu and Kashmir by the help of internet stone pelter whatsapp
each other groups and give the instruction such as what is the location of military and from which lane
they have to attack on military they all chat on whatsapp minute to minute. So to tackle this problem
internet ban is the only option because its not possible to identify everybody in the mob or to trace every
mobile.

Secondly after India Abrogated Article 370 Pakistan military, Afghan Taliban and others terrorist groups
they all started criticized Indian steps and post a provocative material on social media. And by doing this
their intention was very clear to doing unrest in Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorism uses the internet medium
as it is most effective tool. Modern terrorism relies heavily on internet as it has global impact.

Government has to take a step for the security of Kashmir citizen and to save their life, government ban
Internet.
