Description of the Thru the initiative of the TLE overall chairman in Cluster 2 in the person of
Activity Ms. Ruvie Ann B. Pallasigui and the approval of the Cluster II Chairman Mr. Gil
V. Tiongco, the TLE leaders of Cluster II conducted a 3-day virtual
seminar/workshop entitled Cluster II Training on Classroom – Based Action
Research and Innovation in TLE on February 2 to 4, 2022 via Google Meet. This
activity aimed make the teachers be more familiar with action research and
innovation specially during the new normal set up of education.
Participants in this training are HE/IA/ICT/AA leaders and TLE Leaders of
Cluster II schools. A registration fee amounting to one hundred pesos (P100)
was collected to cover the expenses of the virtual training such as printing of
certificates, and tokens for the resource speakers.

Objectives 1. to upskill TLE teachers on action research and innovation writing;

2. to empower teachers to instill positive action towards learners’
improvement; and
3. to promote the culture of research and innovation in teaching and
learning.
Outputs All TLE leaders produced very effective and useful action research and
innovations that can hone the skills of both teachers and learners.
