    At plot No. 32/2, Patel Nagar, New Delhi.

    ESTIMATED COST: ₹ 15,60,000/- (Fifteen lacs Seventy thousand) Approx.

    SCOPE OF WORK: 1. ARCHITECURAL & STRUCTURAL SERVICES-


    • Preparation of conceptual sketches as per requirements.
    • structural designs steel reinforcement & elements.
    2. PROJECT SPECIFICATION-
    • Const. of RCC Shaft
    • Installation of MRL Elevator/ lift.
    • Finishes.
    PROJECT SPECIFICATION:
    1. CONSTRUCTION OF RCC SHAFT:
    c/o RCC shaft of 1300x1450 mm comprising
    150 mm thick RCC wall having 15000 mm in height
    i/c cost of centering & shuttering and reinforcement.
    Finishing internal wall with 12 mm thick Cement
    mortar plaster and white wash i/c const. of lift pit
    with RCC spring block 300x300x300 mm.
    2. INSTALLATION OF MRL LIFT:
    Installation & commissioning of 4 passengers’ lift /
    Elevator of 320 kg load capacity bearing cabin (car)
    dimension 900 x 1000 mm with five stop provisions.

    COST OF ESTIMATION: a. Architectural & structural Fee inclusive of


    2 visit only. -- Rs. 60,000.00
    b. Construction of RCC shaft -- Rs. 6,90,000.00
    c. Installation of MRL Lift/ elevator -- Rs. 8,10,000.00

    Note: * The architectural visit will be given 2 only, if extra visit demanded by org. or owner
    Charged @ 3000/- per call separately.
    * The basic rate is provided for MRL lift unit by vendor if customization demanded
    the cost variation may occur.
    * No administrative expenses have enumerated for estimation; it will be additional.
    * Shifting of Gas pipe line and drainage system shall be cost extra and any other works
    executed beside the content of specification will be charged also.

    [# CONDITION: The ground base must will be required for bearing of RCC Lift shaft and Elevator loads because hanging
    pit could not bear the proposed loads and shall be considered unsafe. So, the Lift pit must will be constructed from Soil
    Level in order to bear the proper load for safe load bearing.]
