EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pizza wrap is a unique product that will be patronizing of many customers


because of its good and delicious taste, healthy and it is very affordable and
profitable to the customers. Our focused was creating a healthy food that can affort
by buyers and will give us an advantage over our competitors by giving customer a
unique taste to enjoy their food.

The producer will fund the development of pizza wrap by offering the product to
those who likes to engage in a small business with a small capital and to help other
to earn extra income.

I. SITUATIO NAL ANALYSIS

The Market
The basic market need is to offer a cheaper price of product that they
can afford and it has a good quality of taste that both consumer and seller will
satisfy. And it is a homemade torta.
As a producer or owner of a business you should set your market
demographics to be able you to know your target clients or customer. If where
place you are focusing to your product and what kind of people they are if they
are interested in buying your product.
You also set aside the benefits and satisfaction of the consumer after
them consuming your product for you to have a market relationship or “suki”
between your customers.
Pizza wrap originally healthy food which has affiliates natural
nutrition that will help the consumer whose very health conscious. Nowadays
many of the consumers are very conscious to their health because today there
are so many suffering from different diseases like cancer, highblood etc. so that
the producer produced this product able to have a kind of food which is very
nutritious to health of the consumers.

Target market
 Men and woman who wants to eat pizza wrap
 Markets in provincial and municipal
 Restobars in provincial and metro areas
 Convience store and other retail store

The product
Pizza wrap the unique products today. That consumer will having enjoyment
while they are eating this product.
The main ingredients of pizza wrap is the egg, ham, cheddar cheese, bread,
bread crumb, green pepper, del Monte Quick 'n Easy Sweet Pizza Sauce and
mushroom

To make it as unique the producer will adding some flavors to be more attractive
the taste of the product.
II. SWOT ANALYSIS

Strengths:
The pizza wrap can attract many customers because of its unique feature
of taste, its healthy and its low cost.
It is not difficult for the producer to produce this product because it is easy
to do and the raw materials were very affordable.

Weaknesses:
The pizza wrap easily lose the brittleness if it is not consumed immediately.
This kind of product they will easily copy or imitate by the competitor
because of its simple raw materials that being used.

Opportunities:
Pizza wrap has an opportunity to become successful business of its good
quality and it is also an eco-friendly. It can help other people by creating job for
them to be able to earn money that will be able to support their needs in
everyday living. And also has an ability to compete with other product.
The opportunity of the producer of this product they tend to be the first
dealer and supplier of product in the restaurant, convenient store or market. And
it has a possibility to become one of the successful entrepreneurs nowadays.

Threats:
This kind of product has a possibility that can easily spoil if the process is
not in proper or the preparation is drab. If the source of raw materials will
increasing their price and the price of the product will be increase also so it has a
potential that consumer will reduce.
In this case there’s a possibility that the productcan spread, as a result
the number of producer will increase.
It has a possibility that the competitor will designed a new product that is
related to the product by adapting of the product and the competitor will use their
new product to compete the pizza wrap.

III. OBJECTIVES

 To introduce the new product in the market.


 To generate income at least 3,000 a month.
 To improve the production and distribution in every month.

IV. MARKETING STRATEGY

 Conduct product awareness by joining trade fairs, like food exhibits in


provincial, regional and national level.
 Create a website for the product using open source platform like
www.pizzawrapcom to reach a wide market.
 Conduct free tastes in municipal and provincial level and later one in
metro areas like baguio, manila etc.
 Through word of mouth and use social network like facebook and tweeter.

V. Marketing Tactics

Product
Pizzawrap is different from the other pizza it is because it can affort by the
consumer who wants to eat pizza that is nutritious, delicious and yet affordable
that surely they will love. unlike the other product, some of them are not delicious
and crispy when they eat it. Surely it will be patronizing by the consumer because
it is delicious and presentable to the consumer and also to the other distributer of
the product. Also it will be having different flavors to make it more exiting and
attractive to the consumer if they continue patronizing this product.

This is convenient food in all types of event like in picnic, watching TV, in
drinking liquor, and even in birthday party and all souls day. The packaging will
contains all the details about the product like the ingredients, net wt., the brand
name the manufacturing date and the expiration date.

Pricing

The retail price of the product can cost Php 15.00 only for those who are
buying in the convenient store, or market. And 30% discount in every wholesaler
for them to earn also extra income or money. Therefore in every 150 pack and
above of pizzawrap it can cost php 60 per pack only. Then they are the one
who’s responsible for giving a mark-up cost.
Place of distribution

The producer will have a deal to the retailer store because some of the
consumers are most likely buying in a retail store. And also in places where
people are passed-by like in the bus stop or station where in people will attract to
buy. And the producer will also have a deal to the owner or manager of
pasalubong outlets where in there are many people visited to that place like
baguio, pangasinan etc. And the producer will also make a deal to the owners of
the restobars all over the country.

Promotion

The producer of pizzawrap will promote the product through the use of
social networking by creating fan page like in facebook, twitter where in the
pizzawrap is featured. Where in all details in the featured product is contained.
By having online ordering there are possibilities to have many patrons. These
products also will join some food exhibits to attract and give them interest to buy
this product and for them to become patron of the product. The producer also will
conduct a free taste able to have an interest the consumers or the customers.

The producer will provide the supply of the product and by having the
backward integration. In this kind of strategy it will reduce the risk in not
continuing supply in the raw materials. The producer will provide their own supply
of the raw materials of the product and it will help to the continue production of
the product. The production of the product will supervise by the owner and the
owner will have laborers in processing the pizzawrap, in cooking, and in
packaging of the finished product. Then the owner or the producer will also
having people in terms of distribution of the product in the market.

VII. CONTROLS

This product should be well monitored by the producer to prevent some


mistakes that will cause a big problem to the production or distribution of the
product and can cause to the declination of the product in the market.
The producer should not change the main ingredients of the product and
even adding some ingredients. They should maintain the original taste of the
product for them to continue patronizing and still in the market.
The producer should prepare financial statement weekly to know if they are
still having a profit or loses. If the profit loss occurs the producer should make an
action in distributing the product for them to able to return the profit and avoiding
the profit loss. The producer should always control the volume of production to
avoid looses.
If the customer is not already interested to the product, make some product
promo or sales promo. And make some innovation to the product by creating
another flavor that will encourage to them to buy.
The producer should also take an attention to motivate them to work hard
so that the production will be more productive and competitive.
