Background  It is an online system that allows Landlords or Boarding

As of now, most of landlords/ladies are managing their property
rentals manually or just through MS Office applications. Sa ngayon,

karamihan sa mga panginoong maylupa/babae ay pinamamahalaan ang kanilang mga
pagrenta ng ari-arian nang manu-mano o sa pamamagitan lamang ng mga aplikasyon ng
MS Office.

The problems intended to be solved are as follows: room
organization, finance management, facility maintenance and
more. Ang mga problemang nilalayong lutasin ay ang mga sumusunod: organisasyon ng
silid, pamamahala sa pananalapi, pagpapanatili ng pasilidad at higit pa.
The motivation of the researcher is to provide easy management
system to landlords/ladies who are having a hard time managing
their property. Ang motibasyon ng mananaliksik ay magbigay ng madaling sistema
ng pamamahala sa mga panginoong maylupa/babae na nahihirapang pamahalaan ang
kanilang ari-arian.

 The proposed system is expected to be an effective tool

to be used as intended with a user-friendly interface.
Expected Outcome
Ang iminungkahing sistema ay inaasahang maging isang epektibong tool na gagamitin
ayon sa nilalayon sa isang user-friendly na interface.


 The system is limited to this capstone project only.

Limitations
 The system is for boarding house business only and the
like. It can not cater to other type of businesses.

non-government organizations who are organizing blood
donation drives. Ang motibasyon ng mananaliksik ay tulungan ang mga
organisasyon ng gobyerno at non-government na nag-oorganisa ng mga blood donation
drive.

1,It is an online app that will help teachers and students to keep

keeping up with the stocks, outdated and unorganized manual
inventory and sales mismatches. The systems aims to directly
solve those problems Ang mga problemang kadalasang kinakaharap ng maliliit
na parmasya ay ang pag-iingat sa mga stock, lipas na at hindi organisadong manu-manong
imbentaryo at mga hindi pagkakatugma ng mga benta. Ang mga sistema ay naglalayong
