hereby signs this document freely with full understanding of its contents.

Upon consideration, I am allowed to re-enroll my child/ward even with pending balances from the previos school year. With this,
I understand and agree to the following:

 All remaining balance left from the previous school year will be forwarded to my next school year’s account.

 My suceeding payments will be credited to the previous school year balances first and that penalty will be applied for

scheduled fees not paid on time.

 The school will not release the Progress Report and/or Report Card or any transfer documents/requirements until our

account is settled.

 I will try my best to settle my arrears on or before _________________________(date).

With all the foregoing, I shall hold free from any liability, whether civil, criminal or administrative, APEC Schools Personnel who
are involved in the admission and enrollment of my child / ward, and the enforcement of any law or rule and the obligations
provided in this document.
