I am Jellaicha Anne Z. Dela Cruz, a licensed professional dermatologist. I am writing to

I graduated as summa cum laude at Stanford University and continued my four-year
dermatology residency after medical school. I scored the highest on our final practical
exam in cosmetic dermatology surgery and was named as the “best resident of Stanford
Dermacare”. I finished my initial year of transitional medicine and applied for fellowship
training in cosmetic, laser, and Moh’s surgery. I have qualified for the dermatology
board certification and ranked 15 th on the licensure board exam. These achievements
are credits for excellence, diligence, discipline, and hard work. After graduate school, I
continued to work as a practitioner assistant during my residency. My trainings
enhanced my skills and knowledge on doing hair transplants, my artistry on how to do
Liposuction, on doing lower and upper face and eyelifts, transplants, and Moh’s
micrographic surgery. I added all these things to my practice that honed not only my
abilities on treating patients, but also my interpersonal skills- talents relevant for the job I
currently aspire to have.
My expertise on doing cosmetic dermatology on a private practice with other
dermatologists has taught me how to be dedicated and be in loved with the field I am in.
For clinic residential years, I have known the right qualities, and attributes a certified
dermatologist must have in order to provide satisfaction to patients especially in bringing
the name of the hospital. As doctor, I make important contribution to the management
and leadership of health services and the delivery of healthcare across the nation as
part of a multidisciplinary team. This is why, I seek to be employed under a big
organization so that, I may give my services to more patients and reach those who
can’t.
