Extended Workforce Portal Help Article

About Your Partner Domain Account

Google has issued a temporary account, or a partner domain account, to help you begin your
onboarding activities in a secure and manageable way.

You will use this account to provide personal information and verify your identity as part of the
onboarding process, in accordance with the Extended Workforce Privacy Policy. This account
will be separate from your permanent corporate email account (username@google.com), which
will be provided to you at the end of the onboarding process.

How to Set Up Your Partner Domain Account

Check your personal email account to make sure you have received an email with the subject
“You have a new Google partner domain account!”.

● The email contains instructions on how to set up your limited-use Google partner domain
account, and it will contain a set of temporary credentials that are unique to you.
● The instructions will assist you in creating a new password and selecting a 2-step
verification method to help keep your account secure.
