DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. STATION COMMANDER

a) Provide control in the implementation of PCG Policies, guidelines, rules and

regulations through prescribe procedures within areas of responsibility.

b) In-charge of the Administrative, logical and operational capabilities of the

Coast Guard Station

2. DEPUTY STATION COMMANDER

a) Assist the Station Commander to implement the PCG policies, guidelines,

rules and regulations through prescribed procedures within area of responsibilities.

b) Assist the Station Commander on the Administrative, logistical and operational

requirements of the Coast Guard Station.

c) Perform other tasks as directed.

3. CHIEF MASTER-AT-ARMS

a) Assist the Station Commander on all matters pertaining to the maintenance

and enhancement of the morale, welfare and discipline of the non-officers of the
Station;

b) Perform other task as directed.

4. PETTY OFFICER-IN-CHARGE, ADMIN

a) Assist the Station Commander on all matters pertaining to admin as well as

the maintenance and enhancement of the morale, welfare and discipline of non-
officers assigned in the AOR.

b) Perform other tasks as directed.

5. PETTY OFFICER-IN-CHARGE, OPERATIONS

a) Advice the Station Commander on all matters related to operations,

communications and readiness of all unit of the station.

b) Perform other tasks as directed.

6. PETTY OFFICER-IN-CHARGE, LOGISTICS

a) Advice the Station Commander and CMAA on all matters pertaining to the
budgeting and financial capabilities of the Stations.

b) Perform other tasks as directed.

7. MEMBER, ADMIN
 a) Assist the POIC on all administrative matters concerning all personnel of the
Station;

b) Perform other tasks as directed.

8. MEMBER, LOGISTICS

a) Record, monitor and ensure that all documents are properly managed and
secured;

b) Perform other tasks as directed.

9. MEMBER, OPERATIONS

a) Ensure the proper delivery and receipt of all outgoing and incoming messages
and communications.

b) Perform other tasks as directed.
