Subj : After Activity Report Regarding Meeting with Provincial Quarantine Team

Ref : Letter from Jose Nereo C. Lujan, EnP

1. This has reference to the letter of Mr. Jose Nereo C. Lujan, EnP, Chief, Public
Information and Community Affairs Office, Province of Iloilo dated 19 July 2021 regarding
Emergency Meeting with the Provincial Quarantine Team on 200830H July 2021.

2. The meeting started 200830H July 2021 and the following concerns were
discussed:

A. Heightened restriction of inbound travel from outside Region 6 going to Iloilo

Province.

B. Suspension of inbound travel of non-residents to the province until 31 July

2021. Returning residents shall comply with the health standard as stated in
Section 3, paragraph 5 and 6 of EO 258.

C. Suspension of the implementation of Section 3, Paragraph 7, (d) of E.O. 258

until 31 July 2021 (on exemption from health protocols and quarantine
measures for entry of residents of Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Guimaras, Capiz,
Antique, Aklan and Negros Occidental). Therefore, entry of residents from
Aklan, Capiz, Antique, Negros Occidental and Bacolod, except those from
Iloilo City and Guimaras, shall require the same quarantine measures and
health protocols on those travelling from outside Region VI.

D. S-Pass to include in the documentary requirements when entering Iloilo

Province.

E. Intensive Care Unit capacity of Iloilo Provincial and District Hospitals to cater
patients in connection with the surge of Covid-19 in Iloilo Province
 F. Office of the Governor of Iloilo Province will issue an EO based on the
minutes of this meeting.
