DECLARATION
I/We do hereby declare that I/We shall keep my/our offer open till
the end of academic year i.e., 2022-23or till the finalizing of the new tenders
for the next year. I shall abide by the annexed terms and conditions of
the tender and purchase order and special conditions and shall execute
agreement as per your prescribed norms.

d) Cost of Tender forms Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousandonly)
Amount towards cost of tender form should be remitted by way of DD
only in favourof the Principal, MJPTBCWR SCHOOL/COLLEGE,
.
1) EMD to be paid Rs.50,000/- in favor of the Principal, MJPTBCWR
School / College concerned along with tender
schedule as follows:
2) This tender schedule is for the academic year 2022-23.
3) The EMD of the successful tenderer will be converted as security
deposit and no interest will be paid.
4) For any tenderer who wants to participate for more than one
institution, a separate tender schedule is to be submitted for each
institution with EMD.
5) The EMD of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned within one
week from the date of the finalization of the tenders.
6) TDS will be deducted from the bills as per rules and the same will be
remitted to Government account and accordingly to issue Form-16.
7) The Employees of MJPTBCWREIS and their family members should
not participate in the tender. If found action will be taken against the
employee and the Contract agreement is liable for cancellation.
8) The EMD of the successful tenderer will be returned only at the end of
the academic year subject to fulfilling of all the tender conditions by
the supplier.
9) Tender forms submitted after the scheduled time limit will not be
accepted.
10) Telegraphic, pencil written and over written quotations will not be
accepted. Unsigned will be rejected.
12) If the Tenderer not follows the above guidelines will be kept under
blacklist for five years.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:
a) Each tender schedule should be accompanied by an EMD as
indicated in the advertisement per each tender schedule in the form
of D.D. drawn in favour of the Principal concerned.
b) EMD will not be accepted in the shape of Cheques, Postal orders,
Money orders or in the personal name of the Principal,
MJPTBCWREIS concerned or in any other made of remittance except
in the form of D.D. in favour of the concerned Principals.
c) EMD will returned to the unsuccessful tenderers within one week
after the date of finalization of tenders. In case of successful tenderer
the EMD will be converted as security deposit as required under these
terms and conditions.
d) Successful tenderer should execute an agreement bond within seven
days on non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred
only) value for faithful, sincere and satisfactory performance of
contract for the items of tender accepted. The conditions listed in the
tender schedule will hold good for executing the agreement.
e) If the successful tender fails to furnish the agreement bond
mentioned above within the prescribed period as specified, such
failure will constitute a breach of terms and conditions of this tender
and EMD paid by them will be forfeited and the provisional
acceptance of tender will be treated as cancelled.
f) The list of items and other specifications for each schedule
ofprovisions are shown in the annexure to this tender schedule and
this annexure should be signed by the tenderer, duly affixing the
stamp of the firm/office.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER:
a) Each tenderer is required to sign the declaration enclosed to the
tender form with date and stamp of the designation or status of the
signatory enjoying the authority of firm/partnership/society. The
same signatory should produce documentary evidence empowering
him to do so, if called upon at any time during the contract period and
declaration in duplicate is to be enclosed to the tender form
submitted.
b) Tender rates for the item tendered should be submitted in duplicate
on the letter head of the firm/partnership in the proforma enclosed to
this tender schedule only and each page of the tender form should be
signed in full and all corrections attested with stamp.
c) Price should be noted in words also and should be inclusive of all
taxes such as excise duty, surcharge, turnover tax, central sales tax,
Price should be inclusive of the cost of containers, packing and
forwarding and other incidental charges. No one should include sales
tax in reckoning the price and while quoting the price it should be
specifically stated that the price is exclusive of General Sales
tax/Central tax.

d) The price should be for the destination of the institution and no
freight, handling, clearing or transport charges etc. will be paid by the
school. Deliveries for destination points should be to the respective
MJPTBCWREIS institutions points and such cost of transport etc., to
such consignees shall be borne by the tenderer only.
e) Telegraphic, Pencil written and over written quotation will not be
accepted.
f) Unsigned quotations will be rejected.
g) Tenders from the persons/firms convicted under the consumer
protection Act, sales or Income tax any other relevant Acts and Rules
will be rejected. A certificate under taking should be appended to the
tender that the firm has not been convicted penalized/black listed at
any time prior to the tender. Tender submitted without this
declaration will be rejected.
h) No reference to the printed terms and conditions in separate papers
attached to the quotations/sealed tender form offered by the
tenderer will be considered by the tender approving authority. Terms
and conditions of the sales of each item should be precise and clearly
mentioned in the tender only.
i) Sample for each item should be produced along with the sealed
tenders before the due date and time of closure of the tenders as
indicated in this schedule.
j) Price should be specific and not graded conditionally with reference to
the quantity of the order or destination.
k) The price should be valid for the period of the academic year 2022-23
from the last date fixed for the receipt of tenders. No permission shall
be granted to modify or change the price on any circumstances
whatsoever be, once the price is accepted and the successful tenderer
shall hold it good for a period upto one year extendible for a further
period of 3-months or more as may be informed by the Convener
MJPTBCWREIS if necessary.
m) If, at any point of time during the period of the contract, the price of
tendered items is reduced or brought down by any law or contract or
any act of the Central or State Government the tenderer shall be
normally and statutorily bound to inform the Convener,
MJPTBCWREIS immediately of such reduction in the
contracted prices and abide to supply at the modified prices.

Quotations with vague and indefinite expressions such as "subject to
prior sale or subject to stock being available etc" will be rejected.
Penal clauses whatsoever such as charging interest for late payment
of the bills etc., will not be accepted.
