Secured with dual braking system, Disc type motor brake working with
mechanical load brake provides load lowering control. Electric brake is
designed for easy access and simple adjustment.

I nstalled as load detecting safety device to help prevent overload for greater
hoist longevity

L o a d C h a in
G 8 0 load chain is case hardened and has a high resistence to wear and
corrosion. Longer lifts are available per requirement. Breaking load limit with
more than 5 times of rated load.

H O O K S
Load hook is forged carbon steel hook with a heavy-duty hook latch.
Thrust bearing in hook allows 3 6 0 rotation to prevent twisting of load chain.
Top Hook, for hook suspended hoists is rigid.

DSA/EDSA H e v y - Du t y H o i s t M o t o r
The hoist motor is high torque design and is rated 3 0-minute duty. Class B
motor insulation and standard thermal motor protection is included

P u s h B u tto n C o n tr o l
Compact design to enable one-handed operation. Rated I P 6 4 protection.
Emergency stop button is included. P ush button cable has strain relief to
prevent cable damage.

C h a in C o n ta in e r
Chain container is standard equipment and is either molded with thick
polypropylene material or fabricated from steel to securely contain the chain
and chain lubricant. O ptional containers are available for long lift applications.

L o a d s h e a v e / c h a in g u id e
F ull floating chain guide assures proper engagement of chain on load sheave.
F eatures 4 or 5 pockets for better distribution of the load.

G e a r b o x / O il L u b r ic a tio n
The gearbox utilize s an alloy steel helical and spur gear reduction.
G ear inspection and lubrication is easily accessible from the top of the hoist.

M o t o r i ze d T r o lle y
Trolley is adjustable for a range of flange widths. M otor includes disc type brake.
Side guide rollers are included to promote smooth trolley motion and to minimize
wheel and beam wear. Wheels are dual tread design for operatoin on tapered or
flat flange beams. Trolley motor includes class B insulation. M otor is rated
1 5-minute duty is available as an option. and includes standard thermal motor
protection. Trolley traversing limiter is available as an option.

O perated by powerful pull rotor using magnetic
force, it is cone type brake. I t has brake lining
clearance adjustment function that maximize the
lifetime of brake lining.

The friction clutch is is an overload protection device that
idles the motor when over loaded. This function operates
combined with overload limiter to prevent the hoist body or
load chain from being damaged. I n addition, when a load
is lifted excessively, the limit switch activates and stops the
motor, preventing hoist and load chain damage

* Covers : Protective steel covers can easily be removed for inspection and
maintenance. Wheel cover & brake cover protect block from dust and rain
* Mechnical Load Brake : Can hold a capacity load stationary at any position

Both hook rotates 360 for easy rigging.
* Chain Guide : Allows smooth operation of load chain

* Load Sheaves : Deep cast pockets precisely fit the load chain. Load shafts are
supported by prelubricated bearings for smooth operation
* Load Chain : Electric welded G80 alloy steel chain is heat treated for wear resis
tance and strength. Accurately and uniformly sized to seat properly in load

* Operation (D1 type) : Two levers and a knob control the operation of DAESAN lever hoist.
* The lifting "lock" lever can only be engaged when the hoist chain is slack (not under load)
The grip ring is then pulled to engage the load sheave. Choose "Up" or "Down" position
on the handle to raise or lower the load
* D3 type lever hoist operation is free chaining.
Setting the reversing lever to N (neutral) allows unloaded hook to be moved to the optimum
position for attaching the load (free chaining)
* Gears : Six thooth pinion gear and four pocket load sheave makes operation easy. Gears
are permanently lubricated
* Mechanical load brake : Brake can hold a full capacity load stationary in any position. Load
is not transferred back to handle during handle advancement.
* Hooks : All hooks are drop forge, heat treated steel with spring type latches. Both hook
rotates 360 for easy rigging.

* Load Chain : Electric welded G80 alloy steel chain is heat treated for wear resistance and
strength. Accurately and uniformly sized to seat properly in load sheaves.
