We have received the SKID as per our above referred PO. along with the Invoice as mentioned above.
According to us, the SKID is ready for commissioning. We have verified the current site status as under.

1. Material received is as per packing list.

If not, please specify the missing material.

2. Is there any damage or misplacement of items in the skid During Transit?

If Yes, Please specify.

3. All vents supplied loose for safe transportation are properly mounted as
per P&ID/GAD.

4. All instruments items like PG, TG etc supplied loose for safe transportation,
are available and installed.

5. Instrument earthing is connected to skid.

6. Foundation of skid is complete.

7. Utility like a) Power supply, b) Air/Nitrogen supply is available for purging/

Pressure Testing

8. In case you intend to use Nitrogen cylinder, Do you have hose for Connecting Cylinder
to skid? (at skid end ½” NPT (M) connection is needed)

9. Inlet connection hook – up of skid is completed. If No, when it is expected.

10. Outlet connection hook – up of skid is completed. If No, when it is expected

11. Natural Gas available for commissioning (Charging). If NO, when it is expected.
