MINUTES OF THE SESSION:

 Prayer lead by Kagawad Louie E. del Rosario

 Call to order:
 The regular session was called to order by Punong Barangay Renato M. Mercado, at 2:33 in
the afternoon who continued to preside over the session
 Roll Call:
 The Presiding Officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was
declared to be present
 Approval of the previous minutes dated December 18, 2019.
 Agenda:
 Reappointment of Barangay Secretary and Treasurer;
 And other personnel
 Mr. Harzee Alvaro relieved from Bantay Bayan, duly approved unanimously.
 Other Matters:
 No other matter to be discuss
 Plantilla and 2020 budget, to be finalized next session
 Adjournment:
 There being no other matter to discussed, the Punong Barangay adjourned the session at
exactly 3:11 pm.
