Lesson Notes: Ultimate is a fast moving, non-contact team sport, similar in many respects to other invasion games. Players
need to possess a degree of speed, stamina and agility to play to a good level. The official pitch size is similar to a football
pitch, but much smaller pitches are suitable for beginners and younger players. Ultimate Frisbee is played indoor 5v5 or
outdoor 7v7. In order to play this sport properly, one must understand what and how are the skills performed.

ACTIVITY: SKILLS AND DRILLS


ACTIVITY 1 DIRECTION: Search the following drills of Frisbee and look for the mechanics on how to perform it. Put its
mechanics in the provided table and provide a photo of you performing that skill (120 points).

Note:
1. When performing the set of skills, make sure to wear appropriate attire—shirt, jogging pants, and
rubber shoes. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE APROPRIATE DRESS CODE MEANS ZERO.
2. Submit your video in the provided portal in your Schoology course. Failure to submit on time means a
deduction of 10 points.
ACTIVITY: TRAINING PLAN
ACTIVITY 2 DIRECTION. Create a Frisbee training plan intended for two weeks. Use the table below. (50 points).

ACTIVITY 3 DIRECTION: Read and analyze the question below. Answer comprehensively the questions being asked.

1. As a Frisbee sports manager or coach, how can the training plan improve the skills of your player? Cite
concrete examples and explain each (15 points).
- They will improve by doing this training plan because these drills will make their play improve they
will have a lot more knowledge and when it comes to ability’s they have the advantage just like doing
the throwing skills they will have advantage in the offense also doing the defense skills they will have
the advantage due to their trainings plus the endurance the will last long in the game

2. If you will become a coach, what are the skills that you will develop to improve the game of your player?
Explain each skill (15 points).
- Firstly I would like to improve their endurance to last long in the training and mostly in the game after
that I will improve their throwing skills to have the advantage at the offense after it I will train them the
defense for them to have a lot more advantage than the opposing team
