TICKET NICHES

There are a vast amount of ways to find High Ticket niches. It's time to find some
and then validate that they are actually eligible for dropshippers.

MY FIRST AND FAVORITE, GOOGLE.


Google can be used nowadays to find virtually anything you may need. Unsurprisingly,
it is my absolute favorite tool to find High Ticket niches.

Second form of high ticket niche research I like to use is Pinterest. Yep, Pinterest.

You can find images and ideas of almost everything on this site. It's amazing. For
example: search up "mansion" on Pinterest. See what I see? Chandliers, luxury
furniture, wine coolers, electric fireplaces, beautiful garden additions, you get the gist
of it. These are all products that you can potentially sell.

Third form of high ticket niche research I use is simply opening my eyes a bit more in
real life. When you enter a retail shop, start to notice more of all the things that are
actually making the retail shop operate on a daily basis.

Alright now you're going to need to actually think of high ticket products that you
could potentially want to sell. Once you've got around 5 niches, it's time to dive into
actually seeing if they are possible niches you can dropship in!

1. Search up the product on Google. For the purposes of this E-book we'll use the
example "Electric Fireplaces"
2. Hit the "Shopping" tab.
3. Navigate to the price box on the left side and change it to $1,000 minimum, no
maximum.
4. Next let's navigate lower on the left side to the "Seller" box.
a. Our goal in this Seller box is to find stores that are likely to be
dropshippers.
b. Once you've opened a couple of these could-be dropshipping stores in a
new tab, let's dive in and actually validate that they are dropshippers.
5. Through our research, we found. www.electricfireplacesdepot.com
a. Once you've landed on these websites the goal is to try and find any sort
of indication that they are a dropshipping brand.
b. Indications such as "Authorized dealer" or "Ecommerce website" or
sayings such as "we are not the brand" .
The indication was pretty clear on this website as they state "Authorized Dealer Site"
in the top left hand corner.

NICHES FOUND AND VALIDATED


Now, it may not be as easy as it was for the example I chose. You may have to do
some digging in their About Us, FAQ's, Footer section and site policies. Nonetheless,
if they are a dropshipper, the information will be present.

Now that you've verified that the site you have been prospecting is a dropshipping
company, guess what this allows you to assume about every brand that they sell for?

THEY ALL ALLOW DROPSHIPPERS TO COME IN AND DROPSHIP THEIR


PRODUCTS!!!

You have now found a niche and validated that there are dropshippers in the niche.
With this information, you can safely assume that, for example, the electric fireplace
niche is a niche you can go into and build a high ticket dropshipping store in.

Now that you've done your research on niches, validated them and made a decision
on which you're going to venture in. It's time to form your legal business.

FORMING YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS

Below are the 3 legal documents you will need to fully form your high ticket business

LLC
Now, I understand forming a business yourself may be something you've never done
before, and it may even sound like a daunting task. Don't worry, that's what I am here
for. You see, the majority of people who start new businesses think that is a
NECESSITY to form your business through a 3rd party service provider like LegalZoom,
Incfile etc...

Well guess what, you can do it all


yourself for a fraction of the price (99%
of the time) directly through your states
.gov website.

Let's use Georgia for example.

• Search up Georgia LLC. As you


can see, there will be a number of
results with the word "Ad" next to
them, skip every single one of
them and find the .gov website.

• Go onto the .gov website. Find the


area on the website that says "File
Your Business", "File Online",
"Register your buisiness" you get
the gist of it.

• As you can see in the second


image, Georgia literally gives you
the step-by-step blueprint on how
to file your business online, by
yourself, for $100.

The same step-by-step guide can be


found on every single state's .gov website to file your own LLC. No need for a 3rd
party.

Once you've gone through the steps of registering your legal business through your
state's website. You must now wait for the articles of organization. The speed on how
fast you receive this document is dependent on if you filed regularly or expedited.

EIN
Alright, now you've formed your LLC and have your Articles of Organization. It's time
to go and claim your IRS EIN. EIN is short for Employer Identification Number. You can
go claim your EIN for your LLC for FREE simply by Googling "IRS EIN". Again, make
sure you skip anything that has "Ad" next to it as it is unnecessary to use a 3rd party
provider for this.

Press the irs.gov link with the title " Apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Online" The exact link is below.

When you scroll down you should see this.

NOTE: The only hours you can claim your EIN is Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time. If you try outside of these hours, pressing the "Apply Online
Now" button will lead you to a page stating that the online assistant is currently
unavailable.

Now that you've pressed Apply and have been lead to the page.

1. Select "Sole Proprietor" hit continue


2. Now select "Started a new business" hit continue
3. Fill out the boxes with your information and hit continue
4. Select "I am a sole proprietor" then hit continue
5. Fill out your LLC's address whether it is your home address as you are operating
an online business or a virtual address that you purchased for the LLC and hit
continue
6. Fill out the rest of the information needed then hit continue.

7. This will now bring you to a page with a bunch of Yes or No answers to
questions, you will select NO each time and hit continue.
8. Now find the "Retail" option and hit continue.
9. Now select "Selling goods exclusively over the Internet (includes independently
selling on auction sites." hit continue.
10. Now you will be prompted with the option to receive your letter online or by
mail, press receive letter online.

Now open your EIN PDF, save it somewhere, write it down somewhere and now
you've got your LLC's EIN ready to go!

SALES TAX PERMIT


It is now time to go acquire your Sales Tax permit with your state. This is the last legal
document you will need and is also FREE of charge (in most states). A Sales Tax
Permit allows you to NOT pay taxes to your supplier when you purchase products at
dealer cost. Very vital!

Now this get's a bit tricky as different states have different names for this permit.
Below are some examples of names.

Sales Tax Permit, Sellers Permit, Resellers Permit, Sales & Use Tax, etc..

Again, we are going to use Georgia as an example. Simply by Googling "Georgia sales
tax permit" the first site we find is exactly what we need.

After clicking the link we are brought to a pag containing the exact information we
need .

Once you've hit the "Register for a Sales and Use Tax" link, you should be brought to
a page that will allow you to register a new business for a Sales Tax Permit, image in
the next page.

Every state has it's own very straight forward questionnaire. The questions should
mainly be compromised of your businesses legal details along with other minor
intricacies.

Once you've gone through the process of registering your business for a new Sales
Tax permit and have received the permit via email/mail, you have fully setup your legal
business and are ready to embark on your High Ticket journey.

IDENTIFYING WHAT AN IDEAL HIGH TICKET


SUPPLIER LOOKS LIKE

It is time to understand what an ideal High Ticket supplier looks like. Below you will
learn exactly what the key points are that we look in suppliers to ensure we can have
a long lasting business relationship that is always beneficial for both ends.

1. The supplier must reside in the USA

2. The supplier must already have other Online Authorized Dealers under them.

3. Fast initial response time (1-3 days).

4. Products are a minimum of $500, although you generally want to be in the


$1,000+ range.

5. Products are in High Demand.

6. Supplier handles business professionally.

Ason, why are these key points necessary for suppliers?

Following the guidelines set forth will ensure the following.

1. USA suppliers = extremely fast shipping times.

2. If they are already working with other dropshippers they likely already have the
proper systems setup for new E-commerce sellers to come in and get started
immediately.

3. You will never have to be worried about getting in contact with your supplier
as they have already proven speed of communication is excellent.

4. Your products will ship out quickly due to excellent communication.

5. High average product price ensures good profit margin along with proper room
to actually spend money and acquire the customer.
6. Validating high demand ensures you will always have customers searching for
products within the niche that you have chosen.
7. Professional suppliers are a must. They make the onboarding, communication,
order fulfillment and customer service process easier on both ends. If your
supplier doesn't handle business professionally, chances are they are not a
good fit for your business and should be dropped immediately.

Now that we know what an ideal High Ticket supplier should look like, it's time to go
and conduct supplier research.

HOW TO FIND HIGH TICKET SUPPLIERS

It is time to conduct supplier research. Below you will learn exactly how to find
information on your potential suppliers within your niche.

Alright, let's dive right in. First we're going to revisit some of the information we laid
out in page 4 and 5. When you found and validated your niche, you then also
confirmed that each supplier on the High Ticket dropshipping brands website is
Dropship friendly. Now, you need to take the time to go and find each of those
suppliers website and contact information.

We will be using the suppliers/brands found on our example website


https://electricfireplacesdepot.com/ for this. Luckily there is an "Our Brands" section in
their header.

As you can see there are 15+ suppliers laid out on this website. Now, let's try and find
the contact information for the supplier "Modern Flames".

Google'd the website, found link instantly.

Now we go contact information hunting.

Now that we've landed on the suppliers website, a simple scroll to the footer gives us
all of the necessary information we need.

What do we do with this information?

Now begins that gathering of supplier contact info and placement onto a Google
sheet.

Make a google sheet with the following information for each supplier.

This Google Sheet will serve as your supplier information sheet and is where you will
keep all of your potential suppliers information on for when it's time to start outreach.

Do this supplier research method for each supplier and take note of the contact info
on your sheet.

SETTING UP YOUR SHOPIFY STORE

Now we dive into creating our Shopify store for our High Ticket dropshipping brand.
LET'S GO!

Congratulations, you've come far and have learned a TON. Now it's time to show you
EXACTLY how we design our 7 figure High Ticket stores.

Alright, let's head on over to https://www.shopify.com/ and create our store (on a
beautiful 14-day free trial).

Now that you're here, you're going to go on ahead and enter your initial store's email
address, password and your desired store name.

After it's created, you'll be prompted with a "Tell us a little about yourself"
questionnaire. Answer everything honestly as this really does not matter.

fter this you will be sent to another page with the headline "Add an address so you
can get paid". Enter the necessary information and hit "Enter my store". You should
now be in your Shopify store's backend.

First thing we're going to go on ahead and do is click Online Store > then click Pages.
We will now create all of the necessary policies and pages pages that are industry
standard for High Ticket dropshipping stores.

This will consist of a Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping &
Delivery, Price Match Guarantee, Backorder Policy, Contact Us page and your About
Us page. In the next page you will be linked to an open Google Drive containing
templates of all the information needed on these pages.

After the completion of all of your stores necessary policy/overall pages. We now have
to add these pages to their correct positions on your website. Head on over to the
Navigation section of your backend.

You now can see the Main and Footer menu that Shopify automatically creates for all
new stores.

Main menu page's will consist of the Contact Us, About Us and Price Match Guarantee
pages.

Footer menu page's will consist of the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms &
Conditions, Shipping & Delivery and the Backorder Policy.

To add the pages you created, simply click on the blue highlighted menus text.

First let's customize our Footer menu. Follow the steps below:

1. Delete "Search"
2. Click Add Menu Item
3. Add Privacy Policy Page
4. Add Terms & Conditions Page

7. Add Shipping & Delivery Page
8. Add Contact Us Page

Head on over to the Navigation under your "Online Store" on the left hand corner and
hit the blue highlighted Main Menu.

The menu will already consist of Home, Catalog, and Contact.

1. Edit Catalog
2. Change the name of this menu item to Shop Now
3. Edit the Contact menu item, change the name to Contact Us, there will also be
no link, add your Contact Us Page to the link.
4. Add your About us Page as a new menu item
5. Add your Price Match Guarantee as a new menu item
Your Main Menu and Footer Menu now have the basic necessities for a High Ticket
dropshipping store.

Don't forget, these pages are templates and it is your duty to customize and ensure
the information on these templates matches that of your businesses information.

Now let's dive right into setting up your payment processor, Shopify payments, for
your store.

Shopify payments will be the way you receive payouts for all orders moving forward.
Read into Shopify payments and their terms so that you fully understand how the
payment processing system operates.

First go to Settings, this can always be found on the bottom left hand corner of your
Shopify dashboard.

1. Head on over to payments.

2. Click Complete account setup.

3. Fill out the required information, press Continue account setup on the bottom of the
page.

4. Do NOT use the Shopify Balance account, opt-in for the external bank account
option and input your bank information. Once completed, click Complete setup.

When complete you should now be able to see that your Shopify payments is
activated and your Payout Bank Account information is present. Last but not least,
let's change our Payment capture from Automatic to Manual, this is extremely
important!

To change from Automatic to Manual, simply click the Manage button and the
Payment capture method box will popup, press Manually capture payment for orders
and Save.

We ALWAYS switch from Automatic to Manually capturing payments due to the fact
that if this is left unchanged, Shopify will automatically capture the customers
payment and inject it into your payout schedule. In doing this they are also
automatically taking their Shopify payments fee of 2.9% + $0.30.

Well what's the problem with this? The issue arises in customers who do not want to
follow through with the orders they put in, but Shopify still taking their fee. To ensure
we aren't subjecting ourselves to a Shopify fee for every order that comes through,
we manually capture our payments.

Now we head onto designing our High Ticket store's website. First things first,
choosing a theme.

Luckily, I have collected a MANY paid themes and will be dispersing them all to you
guys, for FREE!

Click here to be taken to the drive full of themes for your store.

Do your due diligence on each theme by either adding them to your website or simply
Googling them to see how they look. Make sure you pick the right one for you!

My top suggestions are empire, prestige, turbo, shoptimized and booster in no


particular order.

Head on over to Online Store > Themes > Add theme.

Once you've checked on enough themes, let's go and publish it.

Now the theme will turn into your Current theme. Next, click the green Customize
button.

all frontend website customizations for the theme you chose.

WEBSITE CUSTOMIZATION EXPLAINED


You should now be in the website customization area of your Shopify store,
specifically the Homepage customization area. Highlighted in red to the left, this is
where you will make said customizations to your Homepage. Each theme is different
and comes with different available customizations. It is solely up to you to learn your
theme and how to customize it efficiently.

Clicking "Theme settings", which can always be found on the bottom left hand corner
when you are customizing your website, will bring you to where you can customize
ALL part's of the theme.

As you can see you can customize the theme's color, typography (font), products
(product pages), social media pages, favicon (the little picture besides every tab on
every website you have open currently), currency, advanced settings, and your
checkout.

Again, theme settings vary from theme to theme and you will need to take the time to
learn your theme along with how to customize it to your liking.

It's also an extremely clean homepage considering the logo, banner and color scheme
flow.

will land on your customers first visit as you'll mainly be advertising your products and

is the main driving factor to whether your customers purchase the product from your
store or not.

As long as you are portraying your niche authority, expertise, proper trust factors,
scarcity and transparency and have a great offer, the majority of the time, you will
beat your competitors and make those sales.

You must understand this deeply as the success and failure of your store depends on
your ability to craft a website and product page that convinces your customers to buy.
It is your duty to study your competitors and understand exactly what they're doing,
both good and bad, along with recognizing what is separating them from the average
brand.

that includes many factors upon customer landing. Title is clean, present discount

Now before we move on, to FINISH our MOCK store, we must have mock products...

What are mock products? These are brands (that we are not going to apply for) that
will be placeholders on our website. These will give off the impression to suppliers
that we are ALREADY selling within our niche for other brands.

The point? To convince suppliers to allow us to become Online Authorized Dealer's for
them based on the perceived fact that we are already selling for other
suppliers/distributors.

Because you have already created a Google Sheet with all of the suppliers and their
contact information that you found, you now will upload the LEAST desirable 3-4
suppliers onto your store.

Find their products online, and add them onto your store as mock products.

These product pages must be completed in full as it has to give off the impression that
your company really is selling the product when you show your suppliers your

For the purposes of this example, I created a Color and a Type option. Under these
options you can create their own values. As you can see, in the color option, I added
Black, White and Red.

Again these can be changed and customized to whatever necessary.

Some supplier products have variations and some don't. It all depends on the products

First, make sure all current shipping rates are deleted. Next, click Manage rates.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
One of the most widely known and used analytical data platform for e-commerce

Google Analytics tracks and reports all of your stores visitors and the activities they

landing etc... extremely valuable data.

Google Analytics also gives you very detailed demographical data on all of your store

Merchant Center lets you manage how your in-store and online product inventory

Our campaigns consist of 2 shopping ads. One ad campaign will be receiving all
generic terms. For example: If one of the products you're selling is an Aquafire 35"
Remote Controlled Electric Fireplace, the generic campaign will capture terms such as
electric fireplace, 35 in fireplace, remote control fireplace, etc..

The other campaign will be receiving all targeted terms, such as Aquafire Electric
Fireplace, Aquafire 35" in fireplace, Aquafire remote controlled fireplace etc.

Now, what allows us to have certain terms get funneled to certain campaigns is
Google's priority system and negative keyword lists.

As you can see, our campaigns are differentiated by the priority we gave them and
the negative keyword lists we applied.

Our High Priority campaign is the campaign we're telling Google to put first infront of
customers who search for our products, because it's the highest priority. But how do
we make it so only generic terms trigger?

Through the negative keyword list of the brands product name's and SKU's we
attached to the campaign.

Negative keyword list's tell Google that if any keyword within this list is searched for,
the campaign that we apply this keyword list to will NOT trigger and show our product
to the customer. We've made it so that all targeted terms, the brands product names
and SKU's, DON'T show for the generic campaign because we attached all of those
very warm, targeted keywords on our list to the generic terms campaign.

Instead of showing to the high priority campaign, Google will now move onto the next
priority campaign which is our MEDIUM priority, targeted terms campaign. So now, all
extremely warm and extremely targeted keywords will funnel into our Medium Priority
campaign. This is also why we bid higher on this campaign, because the traffic is
much warmer!

We simply created a funnel through Google's priority system and negative keyword
list by telling Google, hey don't let our high priority generic terms campaign trigger for
any very warm, targeted terms such as (the one's we inserted on the keyword list).

The only negative keyword list that is applied to BOTH campaigns is our Universal
negative keyword list as it is full of keywords that are completely irrelevant to our
business as a whole.

customers to our generic campaign.

Lastly, our Brand Search campaign that we setup is in place to capture, and not let

setup. All we did was create a search campaign targeting our brand name, that is all.
