pictures by their beginning letter sounds and learn about basic phonetic principles.

Activity
 Immediately following circle time, the students will start stations. During
stations, students are divided into groups consisting of 4 members per
group. Students will rotate between 5 stations, 4 of which they are
already familiar with, and don’t require direct instruction. The 5 stations
are; read to self, write-the-room, ten frames/graphing, building numbers,
and technology. The teacher will be situated at the technology
station/whiteboard to explain the new interactive activity and guide
students when necessary.
 The students at the technology station will be accessing a pre-made
ClassFlow activity called Beginning sound picture sorting. The author of
this activity is MScd admin. During this interactive activity, students will
be building on their knowledge and understanding of basic phonetic
principles.
 Once the activity is displayed for the students to view, students will take
turns matching the picture to the correct letter sound.
 In order for the picture to appear, you must first click on the treasure
chest.
 Once the picture appears, students will look at the letter choices, and
then drag the image to its correct letter sound.
 The first three slides focus on the beginning letter sounds. For your more
advanced students, slides 9-12 work on letter blends.
