Mobilize

State, tribal, and local— for activating, assembling, and
transporting all resources that have been requested to respond to
or support an incident.

Disaptch
 The ordered movement of a resource or resources to an assigned
operational mission, or an administrative move from one location to
another.

Deployment
 Organization and positioning of troops, resources or equipment so
that they are ready for quick action
 The act of moving something or someone into a strategic position of
readiness, or the condition of being in such a position.
 Refers to assigning people to serve in various locations for a specific
mission.
