It's a new Thursday and I'm glad we're back in the routine of weekly bulletins. Over the next two
weeks we focus on discerning the Root Nature of a problem, with a particular focus on the

The Iceberg Model was an impactful model during our training because it shows
how deeply rooted our actions are and what we don't see. When we understand
what's below, only then will we be able to really deal with the pattern, the
structures, the mindsets at each stage. A complicated idea for sure.
Paulo serves as an Executive Director and leader of the Conplei who works with
the isolated indigenous in the Amazon. We had the pleasure of him joining our
Leadership course in Bogota, this past October.

El modelo Iceberg fue un modelo impactante durante nuestra capacitación porque
muestra cuán profundamente arraigadas están nuestras acciones y lo que no
vemos. Cuando entendamos lo que está debajo, solo entonces seremos capaces de
lidiar realmente con el patrón, las estructuras, las mentalidades en cada etapa.
Seguro que es una idea complicada.
Paulo se desempeña como Director Ejecutivo y líder del Conplei que trabaja con los
indígenas aislados en la Amazonía. Tuvimos el placer de que se uniera a nuestro
curso de Liderazgo en Bogotá, el pasado mes de octubre.
