Instructions to the Candidate


1. Print this Hall Ticket on an A4 size paper using a laser printer. Hall Ticket is valid only if the candidate's photograph and signature
images are legibly printed. Paste the photograph at the indicated place. The Hall Ticket is to be produced for verification at the time of
the test. This Hall Ticket is valid only for the test date and session time as specified above, Make sure you also print, fill up and carry the
Self-Declaration.
2. The Hall Ticket is to be produced for verification at the time of the test and at least one original (not scanned) valid (not expired) photo
identification card (such as Voter ID, Passport, Pan Card, Driving License, Photo pasted Nationalized Bank Passbook, UID Aadhar
Card, Photo pasted 10th/12th Marksheet/Certificate/Admit Card) should also be presented. The candidate's photograph and signature
should be legibly printed and visible on the photo ID card and should match the name on Hall Ticket. The Photo ID card should not be
damaged or smudged.
3. Candidates are advised to locate their test centre and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the centre on
time on the day of the test.
4. Candidate should report at 12:00 PM for the session. No candidate will be allowed inside the test centre after 01:30 PM. PwD
candidates will get priority entry into the test centre.
5. DO NOT wear any jewelry or other items containing metal. Mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets such as Smart watches,
calculators are NOT ALLOWED inside the test centre. There is no facility for safekeeping of your personal belongings outside the test
hall and we are not responsible for its loss. Only Hall Ticket, Original Photo ID Card, Transparent Water Bottle & Ball Pen will be
allowed inside the test hall.
6. Rough pad/ Sheet(s) will be provided to the candidates for rough work, which will have to be returned after the test. Candidates should
clearly write their name and application number on the rough pad. An online non-programmable scientific calculator will be provided on
the candidate's console. Please do not carry your own calculator.
7. Friends and relatives accompanying the candidate will not be allowed inside the test centre.
8. Candidates need to make their own travel and stay arrangements for attending the test.
9. Request for change of test centre will NOT be entertained.
10. Kindly be informed that the original copy of this Hall Ticket along with xerox copy of photo ID will be collected at the examination hall.
Hence you are requested to keep additional copy of the Hall Ticket for your reference.
Important Instructions for Candidates On COVID-19
1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.

2. Candidate must wear a proper mask when they arrive at the test centre. They must bring their own gloves, personal hand sanitizer
(50ml), transparent water bottle & ball pen and the exam related documents (Hall Ticket, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted
inside exam venue. However, Surgical Masks will be provided to candidates during entry, and she/he will be requested to use
only the freshly provided mask during the test.

3. Candidates MUST bring in the signed 'self-declaration' provided along with this Hall Ticket and show the same to the Security Guard at
the entry into the exam venue.

4. All COVID related protocols will be followed while admitting students to the exam venue.

5. Temperature of the candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun. Only those candidates will be allowed
inside the exam venue whose temperature is recorded within the acceptability limits, as approved by competent authorities.

6. Entry of Candidates will be given as per Time Slot given on Hall ticket to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.

7. Mapping of 'Candidate Application Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be
provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Hall Ticket and ID
verification.

8. Candidates need to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points.

9. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured
during the registration process.

10. Candidates will be under CCTV coverage throughout the exam procedure and will be allowed to leave only after 180 min after the start
of the test.

11. Candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot mentioned in the Hall Ticket AND/OR informed via SMS on
their registered mobile number prior to exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adheres to this time slot – as entry into the test
center will be provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.
