Email 1: Leave Request

Subject: Leave Request | January 1-2, 2022

Email Body:

Dear Manoj,

My cousin is getting married on 1st January 2022. I will need 2 days of leave to attend the wedding
and post wedding ceremonies. I had spoken to you about this last evening during our one on one
session. Taking that conversation forward I am putting a formal request for the leave. I will be back
in office on 3rd January 2022.

I have begun to close all my pending tasks and will hand over any ongoing projects to Suresh and his
team to handle in my absence. I have already aligned him to my projects. He will also be covering for
me in case there is any other ad hoc requirement.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any other queries.

Thanking you,
