Global Expansion

Considering to the expansion to a new country, let’s choose our own


country, Bangladesh as pizza comes to the top as a favorite food list of Bangladeshi people (Ovi,
2019).In Bangladesh we can’t advertise the food menu of pizza hut same like their traditional
way. Neither they follow the same culture nor the religious view same like western countries. So,
some key changes are as illustrated as bellow regarding the successful advertisements of pizza
hut.Noted, importantly

Sea food pizza with fish and meat: Most of the traditional meals of
Bangladesh are based on fish as it’s a country of sea and river. So, the people of Bangladesh feel
comfortable if they find the sea food pizza in the advertisement. Even if the pizza is new and
unknown to the other world but fish and meat will present the food as a familiar one to the
Bangladeshi people. Therefore, the advertisement should be shifted from pork, sausages to sea
food, Specially Pizza Hut should offer some fish and meat like beef, chicken or mutton.

Vegetables and fruits pizza: Bangladesh people maintains their daily food by
eating Vegetables and fruits in their any of the main meals either in breakfast or lunch, dinner
even as snacks. So, these vegetables should be highlighted in their advertisement. The previous
advertisements were based on multiple vegetables, so this limelight should be shifted from
multiple vegetables to common vegetables like carrot, potato, capsicum etc. Besides, in case of
fruits pizza, dragon fruits, avocado can be replace with pineapple, mango as a preference for
Bangladesh people.

Friends and family gathering: Western people are individualistic by nature


where Bangladeshi people are talkative in nature as they mostly like gossip with their family,
friends in their dinner time.For them, the advertise technique should transfer from individual to
family, friends.

Campaign and food contests: Bangladeshi people are eagerly wait to accept
new deals and dishes with surprises offer. Various food restaurant are doing well by arranging
multiple campaign like eat the complete food in limited time to get the meal free. So, something
mysterious campaigns need to be designed for getting the attention. (HYPE, 2020)
