I think people in Ecuador don’t have a healthy diet, at least most of them, because people eat a lot of
fast food.

A healthy diet makes you feel good and prevents diseases.

Yes, I am following balanced diet, I eat a variety of foods and try to eat the right amounts.

I could include more vegetables and fish in my diet and stop eating a lot of carbohydrates.
