Regular exercise and having an active lifestyle are one of the ways to maintain a good health. Being
physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease,
strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Exercising is can
also improve your social well-being. When someone is exercising especially outside, they can meet
other people that will eventually turn into friendship.

As a young student, I strongly believe that exercising is beneficial to our age group. We are
constantly growing, and we need a strong foundation to face the future. Strong bones and muscles
will help us to grow and carry out tasks. I believe that if all of us engage to an active lifestyle then all
of us will have a healthier society, free from sickness, and a happier denouement for all of us.

To conclude all that was said, exercising is deemed beneficial to the majority. Not only that is
reduces the risk of bone and muscle sickness, but it also builds a strong foundation for our children
and for the generations to come. My dear young students let us engage and promote a more active
and healthier lifestyle not just for ourselves but for the society.

PRESIDENTE: Rodrigo Roa Duterte

PROBLEMA: Isa sa mga problemang tinutukoan ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ay

ang problema sa ipnag babawal na droga. Ayon sa ating Presidente,
matagal ng suliranin ng ating bansa ag problema sa driga ngunit tila
ba’y hindi ito nabibigyan ng pansin.

SOLUSYON: Dahil sa problema ng ipinagbabawal na droga, ay pinangunahan ni

Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang “War on Drugs” o mas kilala sa “Oplan
Tokhang”. Ang Oplan Tokhang ay naglalayong pigilin, bawasan at
wakasan ang paggamit ng ipinagbabawal na droga sa Pilipinas. Ang
unang tatlong buwan ng operasiyon ay naging madugo ngunit
kapansin-pansin ang pagbaba sa mga kaso ng taong gumagamit ng
droga at oagtaas ng mga bilang ng taong sumusuko sa ating kapulisan.
