Regular exercise and having an active lifestyle are one of the ways to maintain a good health. Being
physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease,
strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Exercising is can
also improve your social well-being. When someone is exercising especially outside, they can meet
other people that will eventually turn into friendship.
As a young student, I strongly believe that exercising is beneficial to our age group. We are
constantly growing, and we need a strong foundation to face the future. Strong bones and muscles
will help us to grow and carry out tasks. I believe that if all of us engage to an active lifestyle then all
of us will have a healthier society, free from sickness, and a happier denouement for all of us.
To conclude all that was said, exercising is deemed beneficial to the majority. Not only that is
reduces the risk of bone and muscle sickness, but it also builds a strong foundation for our children
and for the generations to come. My dear young students let us engage and promote a more active
and healthier lifestyle not just for ourselves but for the society.
