    What is supply and


    demand?
    When explaining a new term, I always start with a simple
    definition
    SUPPLY =SELL
    DEMAND=BUY
    Of course it isn’t as simple as that but it’s
    a general idea. An area in with increased supply refers to
    an area with increased selling pressure.
    Whereas an area with increased demand refers to an
    area with increased buying pressure.

    Key words to familiarize yourselves with;


    Rally =buyer exceed seller
    Base =Seller and buyer are equal to each other.
    Drop=Seller exceed Buyer

    THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF ZONES


    Supply and demand zones are into two types.
    Before we go any further, let`s talk about the two kinds
    of supply and demand zone.
    Although supply and demand zones are the same thing
    they are divided into two categories depends on whether
    they form as a results of a reversal or as a results of a
    continuation.

    The following are the two types:


    1. Continuation zones –Rally –Base-Rally(RBR) and
    Drop-Base-Drop
    2. Reversal zone-Rally-Base-Drop(RBD) and Drop –
    Base-Rally(DBR)

    Continuation zone;
    These types of zones form, when price moves in one
    direction, consolidates or pause, then continues in
    the same direction.

    Reversal zones
    Reversal zones is the same concept as trading order
    blocks. It forms, when reverses direction then sets off a
    new swing.

    These zones form when one major swing changes to the


    other, usually from the banks buying or selling large
    quantities of the currency.
    Reversal zones are seen to be the most profitable out of
    the two types.
    These reversal zones are formed by the banks and other
    big traders placing huge buy and sell positions,
