About Default Access Groups Created

When we create new application.

PRPC creates below access groups

1. Administrator (Developer)
2. Managers
3. Users Access

When Manager or User login to application they see their respective portals.

Those are Manager and user portal.

Done.

Let’s create two operators with manager and user access groups
Change access group
Save. Done.

Similarly create User Operator.

Change access group to user

Save. Done.

Now, login with manager and user Operator IDS.

Manager has reports access. FYI.

Now, login with user

In user portal we don’t have Reports.

Done.

In manager or User Portal we have something called “My Work”.

My Work is the place where the respective operators can access the assignments which are assigned
to him.
