providing them with grocery items such as canned goods and other-related.

Background and Rationale

Background:
In the previous year Porac National High School received many blessing through our
valuable stakeholders and donors and by this time its our time to give back the blessings
that we have received through helping our students in the upland area.
Porac National High School aimed to help students through projects, programs and
activities particularly outreach programs. This was done through projects and programs
that involved the provision of learning experiences and school activities that enhanced the
multiple intelligences of students.
The proponents of the project realized that it is time to extend help to the students through
providing them grocery items, canned goods and other-related goods that will help them
achieved proper nourishment .
Objectives: 1. To contribute to the reduction of malnourished
children in the upland area.
2. To give opportunities to the personnel of Porac
National High School and stakeholders to extend
help to the students by donating financial
assistance and goods.
3. To promote partnership among our stakeholders
by giving them chance to extend help
